Rooms are in need of proper maintenance. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was adequate, though nothing particularly memorable or exceptional. **Cleanliness:** The restaurant and reception areas were reasonably clean. However, during our 8-day stay, our room was not cleaned even once. Housekeeping only made the bed and replaced towels—no additional cleaning was done. **Overcharges:** On several occasions, the in-house restaurant charged me more than the prices listed on the receipt. I also heard similar complaints from other guests. This happened again a few days ago; I brought it to the waiter’s attention, but no action was taken. Additionally, the waiter was quite rude. To make matters worse, there was a significant price increase on the menu two days ago. As a result, my friends and I have decided not to dine there anymore. Always double-check the amount they want to charge you, especially at the in-house restaurant. **Hotel Rating:** This hotel is not up to 4-star standards. Based on our experience, it feels more like a 2.5-star establishment.
