"On the positive side, the location is excellent. There's a Turkish kebab shop, a large supermarket, and a shopping center downstairs, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the airport bus stop. During my stay, I didn't see anyone at the front desk; all communication had to be done via WhatsApp, but thankfully, responses were quick. The problems: There was a lot of hair in the room, even in the bathroom and on the sheets, which made the sheets seem unclean. The building is mainly brick and wood structure, and some floorboards were sagging. The windows had very poor sound insulation; I needed to wear earplugs to sleep. It's about the level of a small hotel or guesthouse, and that's about what you'd expect for the price."

"This is a truly wonderful place to stay. I'm sensitive to the smell and cleanliness of confined spaces, but this hotel had absolutely no unpleasant odors, and the bedding and cleaning were very clean. The surrounding mountain views are beautiful, it's quiet, and there's a large lake nearby, perfect for a walk. I arrived three hours before check-in with a lot of luggage on my first day, so I asked if I could leave my luggage there. They kindly asked me to wait a little while, and they finished tidying up the room so I could check in early. They even served me delicious coffee while I waited. The staff at the cafe and reception were all friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place!"

"Loved the pool and vibe there! A quick bus ride to the city centre (Skanderbeg Square) and buses 8 and 11 both go there (40 lekk in coins to catch it) and a good store across the street and a pizza calzone place up the street. If walking, I recommend walking from the square rather than to the square as going to the square is uphill. A nice place overall! :)"

"It took me over ten minutes to walk to the attractions, and with my low stamina, I found it quite tiring, haha. Even though I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, staff would still open the door and come in. There's only a staircase, and the breakfast selection was very limited and exactly the same every day. However, the front desk staff were all very nice. Overall, it was a fairly comfortable stay, but there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or water. No water was quite inconvenient; I'd really recommend providing some."

"Nice hotel and beautiful serenity but the noise from traffic outside is too much and prevents sleep especially at night despite closing blinds, windows and doors. We got our room swapped for this reason but still didn’t block the noise. Noisy environment not for light sleepers like me."

"Stayed for 3 nights in June, perfect location. Jack and other staff members were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was large bright and clean. The pool, although small, was perfect after a hot day sightseeing. Clean towels daily, and breakfast a mixture of continental and fried, so suited every palette. Would certainly recommend staying at this hotel "

"Horrible hotel! The pool stinks and the "restaurant" is filthy. Flies are on the food. The room was extremely dirty; there were long black hairs everywhere. There was also other guests' food in the refrigerator (spoiled). The air conditioning was broken because it stayed 27 degrees Celsius in the room. After reporting all this and having the receptionist show us to the room, nothing was done! We decided to leave because it was simply too dirty, but we didn't get a refund. We weren't even there for three hours... Extremely poor service, unfriendly staff. Definitely don't book this hotel! We booked it because we had to get up early the next morning to go to the airport. But if you want a few hours of relaxation, you should definitely go somewhere else!"
