The staff opened the room door while I was inside the room with the masterkey without knocking the door. When I asked for CCTV footage of the same the hotel didn't give me the same! It's great for people who want to suffer mental trauma! They randomly open rooms when guests are inside! Adice all women to be aware when staying with them

Stayed for two nights at this worst hotel with family. The rooms are far from worst .while checking in i asked the guy in the reception that I wanted a gst bill he said give your gst number and we will provide it. I was informed at checkout by the guy in reception that they can't give gst bill for online bookings. I had extended my stay for a day online and had informed the reception twice that I am extending the stay and had went out only to return to find that the room was locked out. While checkout I was informed that if we had to extend I had to be at the time of chekout and had to renew the card even though I had informed the reception. I was asked to pay extra because I had opted a booking for one person, though I accept that its my mistake i wonder why I was not informed when I had contacted your reception twice? i would have modified my booking , but rather you had waited till check out just to charge extra and i paid the said amount. I stayed for the same price the previous day but the next day suddenly room rates went up by nearly 40% jumped up for one extra adult. Coming to the rooms the bathroom fittings in the almost everything came off the bathroom lock was broken and came off every time we locked the rail on hanger just fell down on one touch. When I said this during check out the guy in the reception said I am raising these issues because he had asked me to pay and i should have informed while I was in the room. Isn't it basic that you keep your rooms safe before guest raises this issue ? it's not just one issue in the room but multiple things together. While I requested to clean the room by switching on the room clean switch , I was said they won't do that because the hotel thinks guests would touch it by mistake so they won't do . So had to come and wait outside the room after 9pm and request the room to be cleaned. Buffet is another disaster no food when you reach after 9:30 am every item we asked was prepared after we placed our order it wasn't like buffet but was like ala carte though on second day we went much earlier to avoid all these and we could have our breakfast. Never ever returning to this hotel anytime in life. Wonder how this hotel can get so many reviews and call it luxury stay. Don't just blindly beleive in reviews cross check multiple reviews and decide on the booking
