The service, food, and decor were all excellent and very satisfying. However, I was charged a high price for snacks that were provided in the room. I wish they had informed me beforehand that there would be a charge for the snacks.

It was my second stay at this hotel but this time with family for a couple of nights. It’s a very good hotel with good ambience and the pricing also reasonable. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirupati.

The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm, courteous, and always eager to assist, providing excellent hospitality throughout my visit. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of South Indian and North Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was fresh, extensive, and well organized. The hotel is well maintained, with beautiful architecture, landscaped gardens, and excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and fitness center. Overall, it offers great value for money and a memorable experience. I highly recommend Marasa Sarovar Premiere Tirupati to families, couples, and pilgrims looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Tirupati.

Extremely disappointing experience. The bathroom drain in my room was clogged from the beginning of my stay. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that someone would come to fix it. After waiting, I had to call again because the problem remained unresolved. Although maintenance eventually came, the drain was still clogged. My husband even had to clean the bathroom himself, which is completely unacceptable for a paying guest. What disappointed me the most was that no alternative room was offered, even though the problem was not properly fixed. When a room has a serious maintenance issue, guests should be given the option to move to another room instead of having to tolerate the inconvenience. As a foreign guest, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously enough. Whether intentional or not, this left a very negative impression of the hotel’s customer service. Considering the room rates are not cheap, I expected much better maintenance standards and a more professional response. I hope management reviews its procedures and ensures all guests are treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of where they come from.

We have always stayed in this hotel each time we are here. The room is clean. However the room could do with some refurbishment as it is getting old..
