I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. The room had aircon, heating, coffeemaker & kettle, fridge and the bathroom offered bathroom amenities plus bandaids and a hairdryer. Giovanni, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. As Tivoli is absolutely beautiful I will come back soon!

A small apartment located in a very central area. Giovanni gave us excellent advice on parking just a few minutes away at no cost. Located just steps from Villa d'Este. We stayed with the hope of reaching Guidonia the next morning. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Guests can cook their own meals, and there's an excellent restaurant next door where they can sample traditional local dishes.

Semplicemente perfetto!!! Giovanni ottimo padrone di casa, cura ogni particolare. Noi siamo stati nel monolocale, e vi garantisco che non mancava proprio niente, dalle stoviglie di cucina alla biancheria da bagno e addirittura tutto l'occorrente per l'igiene dentale con spazzolino e dentifricio mono-uso. Camera luminosa al 3° piano in piazza del Duomo a pochi minuti dal centro e da villa d'Este. Alloggio consigliatissimo.

Fantastico e gentilissimo il proprietario..ci ha accolto veramente con il sorriso, spiegato cosa vedere,ci ha accompagnato al parcheggio...la stanza era decisamente piacevole con tutti i confort possibili ( prima volta che trovi gli scovolini x i denti!) pulita e con una vista incantevole sul Duomo...possibilità di farsi anche il caffè nella piccola cucina attrezzata
