"The hotel environment was great, the breakfast was plentiful, and the gym facilities were complete. I was very satisfied with the accommodation; it's the tallest hotel in the area. However, I had one very bad experience. After checking in on Friday evening, I went to the front desk to pick up my laundry. They told me I could get it after 6 PM on Saturday, but I couldn't get it on Saturday night, nor on Sunday. I still couldn't get it when I checked out on Sunday morning! The feeling from communicating with the front desk was that they simply couldn't find my clothes initially. After repeated reminders, they found the clothes, but they hadn't been washed yet. I checked out on Monday morning, and I had to take a taxi there specifically to pick up my clothes. I was speechless!"
