The front desk staff were very friendly. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel, and the morning view upon waking up was lovely.

Dinner was incredibly delicious, and breakfast was equally amazing. The location is superb with stunning views. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends. I hope to have the chance to visit again. The hot spring water quality was excellent, leaving my skin feeling smooth.

It is a great hotel. The hot spring and breakfast are great. When I arrive the hotel that night, the restaurants of the hotel were full. The staff are very helpful and bring me to the nearby restaurant. (仁海大眾酒埸）Sanawa tataki and soba were great. I will sure come back again.

it's a very remote place, but the hotel has everything for you to stay for a day. Highly recommended

I stayed with my family who use wheelchairs, and the barrier-free access made it extremely comfortable. The room amenities and the hotel interior were well thought out, and the hotel's hospitality was evident. I'm also very grateful for the staff's attentive service. The food was also excellent, and we have fond memories of this stay. I would like to stay here again.

A perfect resort hotel, right next to a beach with a great sandy beach and top-notch food. Hotel guests can also reserve a private hot spring bath for free. However, it's quite remote, so if you're not driving, I recommend taking the hotel's shuttle bus to and from Toba. The advantage of being remote is that it's less crowded; if you're used to Kyoto and Tokyo, this is a real vacation experience.

The information provided by the TripAdvisor platform was incorrect. We originally booked a room with a private bath, but upon check-in, we were told it wasn't. They claimed it was a platform error. The hotel is remote, with no nearby restaurants and the nearest convenience store over a dozen kilometers away. If I hadn't loved the private bath, I probably wouldn't have considered this hotel. There's nothing wrong with the hotel itself; it's probably the TripAdvisor platform's information that's incorrect. The pictures don't match, which is disappointing.

The hotel has all the facilities you need, a rich breakfast, a large bathing area, new facilities and great value for money!

Just seeing the sunrise was worth the price of admission, the hotel service was very good, will come again if I have the chance

It's too remote to drive here, but the hotel is beautiful and suitable for seclusion. It's very close to the beach. There is also a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk who is very enthusiastic about recommending attractions.

Multilingual staff make check-in convenient and informative. All hotel amenities are clearly visible. Complimentary drinks are provided at different times. Sunrise and sunset views can be enjoyed from different directions within the hotel. Two private baths are also available for guests to enjoy (reservation upon arrival). The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the JR station. The staff is very friendly. The food is plentiful and delicious. This is a highly recommended hotel.

The service is very good and the equipment is very new. There is sake to drink in the afternoon and the hot spring is also great. Dinner is also delicious
