Upon arrival we were thrilled and the young man on reception was faultless:welcoming, polite, helpful, and friendly. We booked in swiftly and loved the room, then departed for an afternoon at pigeon point. Upon our return he had left for the day and in his place a young lady who was at best curt/unfriendly at worst bordering on rude/dismissive. Asking her for any advice/assistance was acknowledged as an imposition/inconvenience to her. I asked if we should get a taxi or as my partner suggested, walk to the airport in the morning? She asked "what time do you need to be there" I replied "7:00" she said we would be fine walking as it was only 15 minutes walk. The following morning we arrived at reception at 6:40 to find the doors locked and no-one on reception. After 10 minutes trying to open the door, ring the reception bell and calling the hotel reception from.my mobile we found another resident who helped us find a way out via the swimming pool. We had lost 15 minutes so ended up getting a car to take us to the airport after all. If the staff had all been like the guy on arrival and the reception manned all night this would have been a 5* review.

Very clean rooms and bathroom My family really enjoyed ours stay in this beautiful hotel A gem in Tobago The owner of the Hotel ❤️ Came to take us to the Airport just in case a Taxi was nearby or available !! Thanks a lot to all the friendly staff !

I LIKE THE PEACEFULNESS I WAS A SOLO TRAVELER I FELT SAFE AS A LADY THE ROOM IS SPACIOUS I HAD A KING SIZE BED AND IT WAS COMFORTABLE. THE LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK IS VERY PRETTY AND NICE A SPECIAL SHOUT TO ANGEL WHO DID A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING MY ROOM. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 10 STARS THERE IS A BIG POOLTOO BATHE IF U LIKE POOL.

Pool was warm and amazing. Staff was super friendly, room was spotkess, and beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was super close to the location. Will be staying here again!

This property is affordable and served the purpose for my short 1 night trip. I stayed there with a group of 5 of us total and we we had enough space to be comfortable. Property is clean and quiet, clean pool area, they provide towels for the pool, front desk staff is always available and helpful. I wanted early checking ana late checkout which they accomadate for an additional $200tt each time. Parking was a breeze. The property is literally 4-5 min from Crown Point airport. Complimentary coffee is available but you need to buy the drinks. The area is close to the town so you can go out to eat and shop at the grocery, pharmacy m all etc. If you need info on the tours Tobago offers, you can also request it from the feeling desk, Hand Phillip is the best, he is professional and affordable. Safe and certified. He picks you up and drop you back to the prompt after the tour. It was a great stay!!!

The pool was good there was no breakfast the room was nice
