PeSheres Inn & Spa

This was a last minute booking as the original hotel I booked was cancelled last minute. Firstly this was a good stay for a guesthouse style hotel and the staff were great. It was missing elements in the room to make it more comfortable ie tea/coffee, tea spoons, bottle opener etc. There was a kettle but no facilities for hot drinks, an ice bucket but no mention of where to get ice. A microwave but no cutlery. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work or I hadn’t a clue why when I plugged it in, it didn’t work. There was nowhere to put the soap bar provided and nowhere to hold your toothbrush, a plastic cup should have been placed. Firstly I had booked the original hotel as it had ocean views, two pools one with a swim up pool bar and breakfast included and a restaurant for food. I was extremely disappointed to what I had originally booked and what I had to agree on staying as I was informed of the cancellation less than 15 hours to arriving in Tobago. Sadly this was a huge disappointment and it cost my more as I had it eat out for all my meals including breakfast.

Upon arrival we were thrilled and the young man on reception was faultless:welcoming, polite, helpful, and friendly. We booked in swiftly and loved the room, then departed for an afternoon at pigeon point. Upon our return he had left for the day and in his place a young lady who was at best curt/unfriendly at worst bordering on rude/dismissive. Asking her for any advice/assistance was acknowledged as an imposition/inconvenience to her. I asked if we should get a taxi or as my partner suggested, walk to the airport in the morning? She asked "what time do you need to be there" I replied "7:00" she said we would be fine walking as it was only 15 minutes walk. The following morning we arrived at reception at 6:40 to find the doors locked and no-one on reception. After 10 minutes trying to open the door, ring the reception bell and calling the hotel reception from.my mobile we found another resident who helped us find a way out via the swimming pool. We had lost 15 minutes so ended up getting a car to take us to the airport after all. If the staff had all been like the guy on arrival and the reception manned all night this would have been a 5* review.

The staff was very accommodating due to me having to show up a day late for my reservation after missing my ferry ride. The bed however was not the most comfortable. I woke up with body aches. The phone wasn't connected at all to make a phone call to the front desk if I needed anything. There was only 1 trash in the room which was extremely small. I wasn't able to put most of trash away even if I wanted to. I would only stay here for 2 nights max. Overall it wasn't too bad, very close in proximity to the airport, restaurants and beaches

Clean room but my room had a Big opening at the bottom of the door no Hot water room got hot in the middle of the night

The room was very nice, well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice property.

This Inn was a pleasant surprise, exceeding all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Susan and one of the owners ((I forgot her name). The room was appointed like those found in five-star hotels: a large bed, a fridge, a microwave, and a gloriously spacious bathroom that boasted a large walk-in shower, an expansive mirror and lots of storage space. The balcony offered a panoramic view of the Bon Accord neighbourhood. The only negative was very loud music blaring all hours of the night and early morning, an unfortunate situation beyond the hotel’s control. Kudos again!!

My sister’s and I checked in the weekend of Easter. Prior to checking in,I called the owner a week in advance to confirm our reservation, he never got back to me until I checked in that day. When I checked in, I realized there was additional charge which was not specified prior. I thought this to be very unprofessional. the owners wife stated they upgraded us. the room was booked for only two people whereas my reservation said myself and two adults. This was the reason for confirming to make sure the transition would’ve been smooth. We had issues with toilet leaking a three days stay it was still leaking. It is not convenient to move around and I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

5 stars all the way for Pesheres Inn and Spa. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent service. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for. It was a great place to unwind, and I really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.

Rooms was clean and staff was very friendly. Pool area was serine and very nice. Overall a comfortable stay
