Island Village Properties at Fred Tibbs

This room was a bit inconvenient. When we wanted to cook, we found that only one of the four stove burners was working, which made it difficult to prepare meals. During bathing, we also heard an alarm sound, likely indicating that the heat pump needs maintenance. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine and met our expectations.

Stayed in the off-season. Was a quiet and scenic stay. Kitchen was well stocked, which you need so you don’t have to rely on restos being open.

Clean room but cold heating not adequate had to drive to other hotel to check in -

The property is great, bed was comfy, all the amenities of a hotel but we got a studio apartment. Everything was walkable and our porch was on the water 10/10. Only improvement i would recommend is the check in process. They send an email but it isn't from fred tibbs, its a random phishing looking email with attachments and no body or subject line. In that email in VERY fine print are the instructions to pick up the keys from the motel at the entrance to town. All in all once you read the email, fantastic stay. The people were great too - will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, great location, and a great view. The details such as coffee creamer already in the fridge were really appreciated.

Parking was easily accessible. The condo itself was well appointed with full kitchen, dishwasher etc. good view of the harbour

Location on the Water Good parking, figuring out the TV was a challenge but we figured it out, and the check-in was at a different location, but the suite was great and an excellent location.

The condo was very clean and entirely comfortable with a beautiful view of the harbour.

Comfortable room with fantastic view from our balcony! Highly recommend for a couple who wants to get away.
