Everything is very good, clean, good location, but the only thing is that the check-in is a bit late at 15:00 and the only bad thing is that the check-out is very early at 10:00, which is not very good.😵

The breakfast was great. It was really convenient close to the airport and also to the train station to go to Nagoya. The room and hotel was very clean. The onsen was small but efficient and it was clean and taken care of. Definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely stay again!

It was incredibly crowded in the morning, probably because of Golden Week, and they didn't even have any bread left. The hot water in the public bath was only cold, which was awful. I guess it can't be helped if it's crowded, though.

The breakfast was delicious! It's also great that it's available early in the morning!

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is especially suitable for a stopover. There are also several attractions not far away. Although the breakfast is simple, it is full. The service staff is enthusiastic and the work is orderly.

It may be unavoidable when booking online, but if you make a mistake in your reservation, I wish they would have been more lenient and offered a refund or something, at least if you cancel the reservation within 30 minutes. The person who made the mistake may be at fault, but I think they should have considered offering a refund within 30 minutes, and at least the first time. I ended up not staying, but I still had to pay the money.

I was able to stay overnight from Tokyo for an important appointment. The corner room was spacious enough for two people, and there was a small, empty refrigerator, tea service, and basic amenities. Since I arrived by car, I was able to park for free in the adjacent coin parking lot. Coupled with the proximity to the station and the abundance of restaurants, I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel also has a large public bath. However, it's only large enough for four people, so it's quite crowded with four adults. The bath was deep, but the temperature was just right for stretching your legs. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from POLA, which was very nice. I wonder how it was in the men's bath? The sink after you get out only fits two people, so I recommend keeping an eye on them before getting in. There are no chairs or cribs, so it may be difficult for those with small children. Therefore, I recommend using the bathroom in your room. Also, the trash can by the sink was small, so it was overflowing with tissues and other trash. The floor in front of the lockers was wet, so I wish they'd make the foot mats more absorbent or replace them more frequently after bathing. It's disgusting to have a wet floor. Also, I should have asked the front desk, but the pillows in the room were thin... they were too low and uncomfortable to sleep on. I think it would have been better if there were two per person to sleep comfortably. I woke up with a sore neck, which was a pain (lol). However, the location is good, and you can also enjoy a welcome drink in the dining room. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, so I didn't have time, but the food was well-prepared and looked delicious. I'd like to try it next time. They had both Western and Japanese food available. I also have to go to Aichi again this month, so I'm considering staying overnight. My next trip will be on a weekday, so I hope the baths aren't too crowded. It would also be nice if they provided extra pillows... I'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for your help this time.

The room was clean, but I wish there was an air purifier. It would have been nice to have a coffee set as well. The room was on the second floor, and the women's bath was on the second floor as well, but if it was on a higher floor the location would have been better. There was only one elevator, and rooms went up to the 10th floor, so even though we were on the second floor we often had to wait, and it would have been more convenient if there were stairs. I wasn't expecting much from breakfast, but it was better than nothing.

The man at the reception was unfriendly and unpleasant. He treated me like he was being bureaucratic and didn't seem to care. There are a few similar hotels nearby so I'll use them next time.

The telephone and customer service was disappointing. If you're in the service industry, you should be able to converse normally. The breakfast buffet also only had canned fish. However, the location, price, and cleanliness are excellent, so I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind the above.

It's close to the station, has free breakfast, a large public bath, and the price was very reasonable for a stay on New Year's Day. There is a large supermarket near the station, so it was very convenient.
