Great location and service. Could easily walk to downtown for many restaurants and coffee shops and department stores. Parking overnight is ¥1,300 after hotel validated. Room is specious compare to other typical hotel rooms in Japan’s major city.

Great location just beside the station and surrounding areas of the shopping centre. Hotel provides hot and cold water dispenser on some selected levels. This is the best facilities for the travellers. Staffs speaks fluent English and helpful. The Italian restaurant provides yummy food with reasonable price.

It's just next to JR Tokushima station and the bus station. Very convenient and lots of shopping places and nice restaurants nearby. The hotel looks new. Will definitely recommend it.

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, which is the most important thing! What really deserves praise is their breakfast buffet; definitely book a room with breakfast, it's excellent value for money. They even have congee, which Chinese people love! Plus, the location is absolutely fantastic, with the train and bus stations right in front of you, making it super convenient for an early morning trip to Tokushima! And there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, like ramen shops and izakayas, all worth checking out!

Older style but everything is well maintained just like most Japan hotel. Nothing to complaint about, just sleep over for us. But I imagine it’s very convenient as it’s at the JR station, we drove so it makes no difference but nearby parking isn’t as expensive as JR station in more developed city. Food option is plentiful nearby though so that’s great for late night supper.

The hotel is incredibly convenient for getting to and from Tokushima Station. The only downside is that there aren't many shops nearby for browsing, but finding places to eat is easy. The room was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities, I just couldn't find a shoehorn.

The hotel's location is incredible: next to the JR station! There is a mall next to it with a passageway directly from the hotel with an excellent tourist office on the top floor. The only negative was how expensive breakfast was but crucially how it didn't meet my expectations- not enough choice. I recommend eating out at the station on the -B1 floor which has very good restaurants/izakayas
