Had a fantastic stay! The location is superb – the train station is right downstairs, and there's a 7-Eleven, a mall, and restaurants all within easy reach. The views are great too, and the room was quiet. Overall, the hotel service was excellent.

This is the only hotel who refuses to give us two key cards for our room for 2 persons. The staff insisted only one key card can be provided, while that only key card has to be inserted in the electricity slot inside the room. How ridiculous. Definitely won't stay in Daiwa group's hotels again.

Great location - next to JR station. Single room is tiny but guess it’s a norm for Japan. Bed is not super comfortable - it’s just too soft. Also some bad odor in the washroom

Very convenient location, just next to the JR station. There are not many hotel choices in this area. Lots of restaurants around. It is clean with a good-sized room.

The room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. It's right next to the subway station, with a 7-Eleven downstairs and a bus stop. You can easily get to Osaka and Naruto whirlpools from here, which is super convenient.
