Guest UserLocation: The hotel is super close, just a 5-minute walk from Ningyocho Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo by subway!
Facilities: The lockers here are larger than those at other Tokyo branches (the same size as in Fukuoka), and even my largest suitcase fit easily into the bottom compartment. The sleeping areas, washrooms, and shower rooms were all quiet and spacious, so I had no trouble using them. However, during peak hours, you might have to wait a bit for a shower. Even so, there are seating areas on each floor where you can relax while waiting, so it's not really an inconvenience. The lounge on the first floor is a bit small, but with plenty of common areas on every floor, it wasn't an issue.
Cleanliness: Everything was kept clean, which I appreciated. The lockers, sleeping areas, and restrooms were all well-maintained.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I travel solo in the future!

ggyu_뀨I was a bit worried because there weren't many reviews, but this place turned out to be absolutely perfect! The capsule itself was super cozy, and the amenities were well-prepared.
Shin-Okubo station really feels like a Korean town – everywhere you look, there are Korean restaurants with Hangeul signs, K-pop is playing in the shops, and there are even photo booths integrated into the Japanese streets. It was such a unique sight to see Korea blended into the Japanese landscape.
This great location, combined with the fact that the accommodation had just been renovated and was so clean, really made a huge difference to my trip and made it incredibly enjoyable. I'd definitely love to stay here again on my next visit! 😊

Anonymous UserMy daughter, who is a bit of a clean freak, felt at ease because it was so clean. The sheets and pajamas were spotless, which was great.
However, on the second night of our stay, the snoring from the Korean woman downstairs was incredibly loud, haha.
It would have been even better if there was a smoking area! I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance!

I booked this based on reviews saying it was safe because it's for women only. The facilities are very clean and tidy.
The locker room is behind the reception, so there's a lot of coming and going, making it difficult to organize your belongings. Also, there aren't many power outlets, so there's a wait after using the showers. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the capsules, so I wish there was a designated area for that.

Anonymous UserGreat cleanliness. It is slightly abit hot personally in the pod itself but it’s acceptable. Only thing is that there is only 1 lift (no stairs) for 10 stories so you’ll have to wait even if you’re just going from 1st floor to 2nd floor. Location is great, you can see the Tokyo tower at the 10th floor lounge

NICThis time, I stayed here for work-related business within the 23 wards of Tokyo.
① Access
Perfect. You can arrive directly from Haneda, and it's also a direct trip to Narita, making air travel to Tokyo very convenient.
Since it's right next to Shinagawa Station, the Shinkansen is also very accessible.
Even when using Tokyo Station, various lines get you there quickly.
There's also Shibaura Port nearby, which is convenient for those arriving by boat.
② Price
The price is quite reasonable.
While it might not satisfy those looking for a luxurious hotel stay, I'd highly recommend it for business travelers or tourists who prioritize sightseeing and just need an affordable place to sleep.
③ Service & Facilities
The facilities include multiple showers and toilets.
Each guest has their own locker, ensuring the safe storage of valuables.
The locker room also has a powder room with large mirrors, which is perfect for quickly getting ready and heading out.
There's also a booth-like space, suitable for remote work or some light PC tasks.
④ Environment
Since I've only talked about the good points so far, I'll share a minor negative here.
As it's a capsule hotel, the design is like a honeycomb with capsules on both sides of a central corridor. Due to people coming and going even late at night or early in the morning, light sleepers might find it hard to get proper rest.
(I myself woke up several times during my stay and couldn't sleep soundly.)
Aside from point ④, I'd recommend it for a casual trip. If I use it again, I'll be sure to bring earplugs. (I think they were also sold in the vending machine in the locker room.)

My stay was good. The location though surrounded by bars which was one of my concerns during the night one of the cons of staying due to being a solo female traveler. But despite that it was street were well lit so it wasn’t too horrible walking back to the hotel. But I would still be mindful about the hours as I’m not someone who stays out late into the night. It’s was a good location close to lost of convenience stores, Starbucks other coffee shops and eating places and shopping places. The stations were close by about five to six minutes walking so getting around was easy. It was clean and they replaced towels everyday if you’re saying multiple nights (which I did). Another thing if you’re planning to stay be sure to have your day planned out starting early. They close the bathroom and sleeping facilities to clean from 11 til 3pm so you have to move early to start your day. But if you plan to stay in for a bit then the lounge is available and there is a vending machine though it is limited to drinks and amenities and uses physical card and physical IC card. But the convenience stores are close by so you can pop out to get something to eat and come back or head to the parks that are near by. But overall my stay was fine the location was good for me and it was affordable too.

유닠_안Before my arrival, I had to change my reservation due to a personal matter, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in processing it. I was also very pleased that they assigned me a good bed upon check-in.
The only minor drawback was that the lockers weren't on the same floor, unlike at the Ningyocho branch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.
