This hotel offers incredible value for money! Its location right next to the MRT station is super convenient, plus there's a McDonald's and a 24-hour restaurant nearby. Best of all, their rooftop hot spring is open late into the night, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests. It's just fantastic! The front desk staff were mostly excellent, with the exception of one slightly older lady who was a bit impolite. However, this doesn't diminish my desire to stay at this hotel again!

First off, the hotel service was great. The front desk staff were helpful and patient, and I even encountered a staff member who spoke Chinese, which was a huge plus. The overall environment is relatively quiet, but travelers with large luggage should be aware: after arriving at Uguisudani Station via the JK or JY lines, you can only exit through the North Exit to get to the hotel. There are no elevators between the platform and the exit, only very long stairs, which is quite inconvenient for those with big bags. If you don't have large luggage, you can confidently book here, as Uguisudani Station is very convenient. In terms of nearby amenities, it's very convenient. There's a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven within a three-minute walk, and a Don Quijote within five minutes. Plus, there's a gyomu supermarket right downstairs, which is super handy. The facilities are a bit old, but the experience isn't lacking. The only downside is that they still use mechanical keys for the rooms and plastic cards for electricity. You have to leave your key at the front desk before heading out. However, if you put the 'please clean' sign outside, the hotel still provides full cleaning service. This is much better than many hotels that default to so-called 'ECO cleaning' (cleaning every three days). Also, the room size is not small for Tokyo standards, allowing you to easily open your luggage. Overall, highly recommended for travelers without large luggage.

It is a beautiful hotel located near the train station and a shopping mall, making it convenient to find food and supplies. On the first night, the air conditioner in my room had a musty odor, so I asked to change rooms; the staff provided excellent service and quickly arranged a new one. However, the carpet in the room had significant stains—it would be great if the hotel could clean them—but it was still tolerable, and since I had a lot of luggage, I decided not to move rooms again. On the third night, we returned to our room and found it hadn't been cleaned. We immediately notified the hotel staff; they promptly removed the trash and did their best to assist us. We had previously requested that the room be cleaned daily after 11:00 AM.

The hotel's location is impeccable, just a few minutes' walk from Shimbashi Station (both subway and JR lines). There are plenty of dining options nearby, from casual meals to yakiniku and izakayas. The hotel facilities are relatively complete; everything you'd expect is there, except for a safe. The front desk is on the 11th floor, but the elevator display isn't very clear – the button just says 'Front' instead of 'Desk,' which is a bit confusing, and there's no signage at the elevator entrance. The room size is small, but the layout is quite reasonable. However, the air in the room wasn't very fresh; there was a persistent musty smell. Breakfast met basic needs, with both Japanese and Western options available, though seating was limited, so you might have to wait. Overall, the value for money is decent. The location is definitely the biggest selling point; everything else is pretty much on par with a 3-to-4-star hotel.
