Located about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku’s bustling center and just 9 minutes from the nearest train station, the hotel strikes a great balance between quiet retreat and urban access. A solid stay for the price. Not to mention the restaurant connected was amazing!

The location is excellent, right near Ginza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Given that Tokyo city center is so expensive, the room size is small, which is understandable compared to hotels in other cities. It's a chain hotel, so the service is great. It's clean and tidy, and you can grab toiletries from the lobby. There's also a self-service machine for check-out. Recommended!

Having stayed at multiple LOHAS hotels across Japan, this one in the heart of Ginza truly stands out. Its proximity to Tokyo Station is a huge plus, and with a subway station right outside, getting around is incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is bustling with a wide variety of shops and businesses. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped; I particularly appreciate LOHAS's consistent bathroom design. The service is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and the laundry facilities are also quite good.
