Dash Living properties in Tokyo

Pros: The surrounding residential area is relatively quiet, and the room is spacious enough to fully open two 26-inch suitcases. Check-in was smooth, just entering the access codes for the building downstairs and the room door. Cons: The frustrating part was that room 503, which we were assigned, had no curtains. Later, we realized the entire curtain track was missing and had been removed and placed in a separate compartment (without screws or a screwdriver). We called customer service to discuss this (knowing English was really important, otherwise I wouldn't have known how to explain it). The customer service initially said they'd send someone to check, but then said the maintenance worker wasn't available and would only come tomorrow. I was like, 'Are we supposed to sleep with all the neighbors watching?' I immediately asked if we could switch rooms, and eventually, we moved to room 602, which had curtains. The whole ordeal took over an hour. Sometimes I feel it's better to be cautious when choosing Airbnb-style accommodations in a foreign country; it can be quite troublesome when you really need help.

The pictures don’t do this place justice.  Amazing accommodations and bigger than we thought it would be.  Great location and very close to a subway station, Tokyo Tower, TeamLab.  Thank you for a wonderful stay!

First time booking here and we stayed a week in Dec’25, where we unexpectedly found our new favourite place to stay in Tokyo. Location is amazing,in a slightly less hectic part of town but only 3-4 train stops away from the action in Shibuya/ Shinjuku. Importantly, this place is literally next to the subway entrance for Akabenashi. The place itself is well equipped, very clean and such a luxury in terms of floor space compared to Tokyo standards. We stayed here in 2 different units (2 bookings) where the only minor flaw in the second unit was a non functioning hairdryer and slightly broken air vent cover (particularly important in winter as the cold air can really get inside the unit). On balance, these were just minor dents in an otherwise immaculate stay here. Location again is key and it is situated close to eateries and konbinis and drug store. Would definitely return.

Large apartment-style accommodation located close to the Asakusa line subway, area is nice and quiet yet right beside all of the action that Tokyo offers. Perfect for solo travellers or couples looking for some extra space while staying in the city. Amenities provided were great, and the balcony was a nice bonus also. Highly recommend!!

Checked in and checked out process was smooth. They do have staff on site to help on if there’s issues. Location wise is good, close to Ginza, and train station .. about 5-10mins walking. Room facilities was ok. It will be helpful if they can provides slippers in the room. I’m not sure what went wrong, Im having issue with the bidet, it doesn’t dispensing water and I’ve contacted the support team on this. Maybe they can check on this to ensure that all are ok before the guest checked in. Overall, I’m a happy guest. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and on my lists for whenever I visit Tokyo again.

It is a newly renovated small apartment 2 minutes walk from Tiger Gate Hill. The room is not small in Tokyo. The basic facilities in the kitchen are all available. Quite suitable for small stay ～

The room was spacious and clean for the price. The location was also good, and I was satisfied. ✖️The key code I received was incorrect, so entry wasn't smooth. ✖️I called support, but they only spoke English (no Chinese or Japanese). ✖️I paid for extra cleaning, but the arrangements were troublesome. The room was very good, so I hope they improve their support in this area.

I highly recommend this location for all tourists or business travelers. It is in downtown Tokyo and a nice neighborhood; there are many Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. The common area is very clean, not like what Google reviews mentioned. My friend and I had a good time there. The room design is also very modern and stylish. This was probably one of the less pleasant experiences I’ve had while traveling alone. When I first tried to check in, the code didn’t work, and it took quite a while before I could finally get into the room. A few days later, the air conditioner started leaking and never reached a comfortable temperature, so I had to switch it to fan mode. The environment wasn’t very comfortable, and on top of that, customer service got my check-out time wrong and responded to my questions in a less-than-polite manner. It’s a pity, because I actually like this place, but I don’t think I’ll be able to choose it again.
