Every time I visit Japan, I make sure to book this hotel. The location and atmosphere are excellent.
**Subway:** From Haneda Airport, you can take the Keikyu Airport Line directly to the hotel without any transfers.
**Food:** There are plenty of great restaurants around the hotel. If you haven't had enough to eat near the attractions, you can easily find an izakaya or yakiniku place nearby. There's even Torikizoku right across from the subway exit, just a five-minute walk from the hotel.
**Facilities:** This is a self-service hotel. Compared to my previous visits, it seems they've added more luggage lockers. The laundry room is opposite the front desk, though it's pay-per-use. Inside the laundry room, there's an ice machine where you can get free ice. The lobby also has a microwave and a vending machine, so if you need water, you can buy it directly there without having to leave the hotel, which feels safer.
**Cleanliness:** The bathroom is exceptionally clean; even the faucets are sparkling.
**Environment:** The hotel is generally very quiet. You don't hear much noise, which I attribute to my request for a quieter room in advance. If you don't make such a request, you might be placed near the elevator, which can get noisy when there are a lot of people.
**Service:** Housekeeping staff come to the room daily for some light cleaning. They always knock politely before entering.

This hotel is close to Sensoji Temple, and conveniently located near the Asakusa Line, Oedo Line, and the train line to Narita Airport! It's just a 5-minute walk from Taharamachi Station, and surprisingly quiet at night for a good sleep.
The room isn't as big as those in Kyoto, but it's excellent value for money at this price. The cleanliness is consistently good, as expected. A huge plus is the abundance of washing machines, and you can even check their availability on the TV!
There's a FamilyMart downstairs, a 7-Eleven across the street, and a popular breakfast spot nearby. Sensoji Temple is only a 10-minute walk away!
The room is clean and well kept. It is small . We had 2full size bags with us and 2 carry on bags. So had to m9ve around them . But the location is great it feels like it is a few stops to everywhere . The streets around it have lots of food and things to do. The 7 eleven is just a few steps away. There is a Irish bar/pub right there to for when you are looking for a western option.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary transport to Maihama Station, which made our daily travel so much easier and stress-free. Getting to and from Disneyland and other nearby spots was incredibly convenient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we truly appreciated the convenience the hotel provided.
Highly recommended for anyone planning to visit the Disney area or explore around Maihama!
Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for two people. The location is convenient, close to Daimon Station and JR Hamamatsucho Station. If you don't mind a slightly longer walk, you can also take the Yurikamome Line. There's a convenience store downstairs, but the area isn't particularly lively. Check-in is fully self-service, and you can call staff if you need assistance – the service is excellent. However, the two robots at the front desk actually move, which startled me! The hotel has coin-operated washers and dryers, and you can exchange coins at the front desk machine. There are self-service lockers on the second floor, which are very handy.

There was a mix-up. My friend and I arrived at night, and check-in kept failing because we were told our room was already occupied. After communicating with the staff for over half an hour, we finally realized there was someone with the exact same name as me who had also booked a room for that day. Before this, I had also contacted Trip.com, and their customer service was excellent in terms of attitude and speed in resolving the issue. Anyway, we eventually managed to check in, but the room type wasn't what I had originally booked, which wasted some time. The hotel's facilities are all pretty good. The space isn't very large; it's a bit difficult to open two large suitcases fully. However, this place is great for people catching a flight as it's close to the airport. Even if you don't take the hotel's shuttle and go by tram, you'll still have plenty of time.
The hotel was closed to a subway station and surround area. There's a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was clean the complementary breakfast and tea time and happy hours are very nice. Also the convenience of the shuttle service to Disney part. The only thing we had about that is first come first serve for the ride to the park.

I had a wonderful stay at Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Ginza, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.
The location is extremely strategic, perfectly situated in Ginza with easy access to metro stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and main attractions, making it ideal both for business and leisure travelers.
The room cleanliness was absolutely outstanding, truly above expectations. Everything was spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel is incredibly quiet, allowing for deep and restful sleep after busy days in the city.
A lovely added touch is the complimentary tea time offered daily, which creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is also conveniently available every morning in the lobby, making the stay even more comfortable and stress-free.
Efficient, modern, clean, and perfectly located, this hotel offers excellent value in the heart of Tokyo.
I would definitely stay here again.
