You can’t find another place like this with this price in Tokyo.
It’s very very big room and has everything a bathtub, refrigerator , sink, washing machine and closet.
There is no elevator is only one disadvantage.
My room is on 5th floors and stair is so narrow.
**You should read hotel’s chat box before checkin and follow the instructors they give you. And you will be fine to access to your room.**
Location : Very peace and quiet. 15 mins walk from sugamo station. There are 4-5 convenient store, yoshinoya 24-hr restaurant and many local restaurant near sugamo station.

位置離車站5-10分鐘，但晚上沒有人亦比較安靜，女生走會有點可怕😰
民宿衛生程度很一般，而且沒有補給，一條毛巾連續用了2天… 退房的早上才見到有補給是三小…
床也很不舒服，睡得全身酸痛…. 而且垃圾一定要自己分類，不然收3300日圓清潔費…. 對不熟悉日本垃圾分類的遊客來說太不友善…
這個價錢我寧願住酒店，當初就是太快下單沒有看清楚🥲
