The hotel is pretty good, located in the bustling Shinjuku Kabukicho area. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs, which is super convenient for getting to the airport. When checking in, definitely avoid rooms on the east side; below is Shinjuku Station, and the constant traffic noise will keep you from sleeping. I firmly requested a room change, and the front desk staff were great, changing it promptly.

Fantastic hotel. Such a cool vibe. Great bar and restaurant. Rooms were stylish and decent sized. Loved the daily skincare provided! The area itself is very central with views of Godzilla and in walking distance of Starbucks, Cinemas plus bears & clubs. Shinjuku itself is not the cleanest area and has a lot of touts encouraging you to go to their bars/restaurants/clubs. There were also people begging and asking for money on the street which was a shock. Reminded me of Leicester Square in London but not in a good way.

Every time I visit Tokyo, I stay at this hotel! They even offer a complimentary welcome drink per person upon check-in! The location is truly excellent! It's just a few minutes' walk to Shinjuku and only a few subway stops to Shibuya! In the evenings, when the Ginza malls are closed and quiet, the Kabukicho area near the hotel is bustling with activity, offering plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options! My room was a bit small this time; next time, I'll definitely book a deluxe twin. I hope the hotel can upgrade my room if I book again!

An excellent stay in a prime Shinjuku location. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—I especially loved the separate compartments for the washroom and shower. The hotel is very accessible. Great location. Clean and have a beautiful view from the room. There are washing machines within the hotel. Very convenient. Maybe should provide more washing machines as it’s usually all taken and the wait is almost 2hrs for a complete washing and drying.

Chose this hotel due to its convenient location close to Shinjuku station and also the limousine bus to the airport that can be boarded at the hotel too. However the area and hotel is not kids family. For e.g. there is no swimming pool, lobby is on 18th floor and hotel is located within an entertainment district. That said, the service and hotel room cleanliness are excellent. And good views from the hotel room too.

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get everywhere. This is my third time staying at this hotel! The breakfast area is pleasant and the food tastes good, but I wouldn't recommend adding breakfast if you're staying for multiple days, as they serve the same dishes every day. It's better to just buy it on the days you fancy it.

I had an excellent stay at HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Shinjuku with easy access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and transportation. The room was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, with amazing city views from the higher floors. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Comfortable stay at a very convenient location. Easy to get around with station so nearby and the best part is that the airport bus stops right at the lobby of the hotel which makes it really convenient especially when travelling as a solo traveller. Room is clean and of good size. The view as always is impressive.

This hotel is amazing. The check in is so smooth and easy with their machines that print our room cards for you. The staff are super accommodating and there is alot of them to help you. The desk is 24hr service. The restaurant looks nice but didn't go. The room was not super spacious but was so cool with all the musical equipment touches. The view was absolutely stunning. Facing west, we got to see the sunset perfectly set over the mountains. The bed was SUPER comfortable and so BIG! The hotel is right in the action and super close to Shinjuku station. The laundry service and machines are great. The checkout was also very smooth and easy. They offer a shuttle to and from the airport at certain times. We caught the bus from the hotel to the airport at 3600¥ per person. It was super seamless and made the stress of getting ti the airport/walking through Shinjuku station non existent. Amazing 10/10.

This hotel is super convenient for both leisure and business trips to Shinjuku, Tokyo. The high-floor rooms offer fantastic city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Fantastic location with stunning views! Right in the heart of Shinjuku, just a few steps downstairs to Kabukicho. The room is a bit larger than other hotels in the area, and overall quite spacious for Japan. Two suitcases can be opened up without getting in the way, and the bathroom isn't cramped either. There's parking in the basement garage, cash only, with daily and overnight maximum charges, which is great if you're renting a car.
