OMO3 Asakusa by Hoshino Resorts Reviews

It's about a five to seven-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the Ginza Line. The room isn't very big, but you can go up to the rooftop to enjoy the night view of Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree. The downside is that the room rates are quite high, which is typical for a Hoshino Resorts property; you won't find it cheap.

The pillows were bad, offering no support. The beds in the twin room were uncomfortable, but the bed in the single room was actually quite good.

The front-desk service is bad. Except for the little short girl, her attitude is nice. One big size girl give us a 🙄 out of no reason. There’s dirt on the bed.

The location is excellent, very close to Senso-ji Temple, and subway access is super convenient. All the staff, especially the female staff members, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Asakusa. 💕

A very comfortable experience. I really liked the 24-hour open common area. The room design was quite good for Tokyo's small room sizes, although I did bump my head a few times initially because I wasn't used to it. The only painful part was the Asakusa Temple bells ringing every morning at 6 AM, hahaha, but looking back now, it's a bit touching.

Basic room. Clean and location very good in Asakusa. No facilities but overall experience was ok.

The room is SOOOOO small!!! Don’t even have enough space to open one suitcase. And when I did, my boy almost tripped over because of the tiny space. No slippers inside the room. The staffs are not very helpful to arrange for late check out even if I am willing to pay more (except one Caucasian who is willing to help in the end). Won’t recommend for family stay as this is very far from the kids activities.

The breakfast options could use more variety, instead of just bread/pastries.

Providing a coffee machine in the hotel lobby can significantly increase guest satisfaction because most of the people loves the smell of freshly brewed coffee.

A hotel with modern designs, but also it means you need to serve your own. The breakfast arrangement was really disappointing. It turns out to be picking up your own food in a convenience store setting. Also, they issued the QR code for settling bill at the “convenience store” with a receipt paper, which is not easy to keep. What makes me more disappointed is that they refused to reissue the QR code after I accidentally lost it. The designs are great. The location is good. But other than that, the food, the service and the arrangement are really not what I have expected.

Located next to Senso-ji Temple, the room offers views of Tokyo Skytree. The rooftop restaurant is open 24 hours, which is very convenient and offers beautiful views. The room size is typical for Japanese rooms, with a large Japanese-style bed frame. There isn't much space left, but luggage can be opened. The bathroom only has a shower and an air purifier.

The night view is beautiful, and there are many activities.
