The staff is nice. They will send message to you before your arrival. I saw some comments and I was worrying about the hygiene. But the hygiene is better than expectation with this price. The location is convenient and quiet too.

The hotel front desk staff were warm and attentive, and customer service was prompt in resolving issues. The shower head was great, the room was very clean, and the location was key! It's a Chinese-owned hotel, definitely recommended! They even helped decorate the room for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise! So grateful!

The room was quite spacious for Tokyo standards. The lady at the front desk was very kind, gentle, and responsive. The entrance isn't very obvious, but the location is convenient for transportation.

The hotel's location is super convenient. It's just a few hundred meters from Ikebukuro Station, but make sure to use exit C6 as indicated by the hotel – other exits shown on Google Maps will take you on a longer route. Stepping out of the hotel, it's incredibly easy to go shopping. BIC, Don Quijote, and the Animate district (very popular with anime fans) are all just about a ten-minute walk away. There are also tons of restaurants nearby. The room itself is clean and cozy, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area. The shower style is perfect for those who aren't keen on using public bathtubs while traveling, which I really appreciate 👍. The toiletries provided are also excellent. Considering that Ikebukuro is such a prime location, this hotel offers fantastic value for money overall.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a place near Ikebukuro because I had to go to Narita the next day, and it was going to rain heavily. The stay was great, and the staff and owner were very communicative and helpful.
