Great location, close to the train station with easy connections to other lines, and also near the Skyliner which goes directly to Narita Airport.

Such a lovely place, perfect for one person. It's close to the train station, everything is convenient, and the service is excellent.

I'm not sure why it showed up as a love hotel on Google Maps... I was actually a little worried there might be some strange props in the room. The room was a bit small and dated, but I got a good night's sleep, and for the price, it was perfectly fine. Plus, the front desk guy was incredibly enthusiastic, much more so than his Japanese counterparts, and the best part is it's super close to the JR station. Very convenient.

I informed the manager that the room i booked through the app and the actual room that have been prepared were different. When i requested to change the room according to my booking he suddenly replied to me with very high tone.Although i can felt his high temper attitude he changed my room at the end. The hotel manager should not angry to any guest if it was not the guest's mistske. Will never return again to this hotel.

The location, about a 3-minute walk from Nippori Station with direct access to Narita Airport, was excellent. When checking in and out, whether it was the owner or a staff member, they were incredibly friendly and even helped carry my suitcase. The room key was a physical key, and I didn't need to leave it at the counter when going out; I could just take it with me. I don't recall the exact time, but I think they mentioned there were no staff present around midnight. The room size was small, barely enough space to open a suitcase, but I don't think it's comparable to a capsule hotel. Just having a private bathroom and being able to keep my luggage in the room provided a lot of peace of mind. Apparently, there used to be many negative reviews due to poor management, but I haven't seen many recently. So I booked it, and while it's certainly not a top-tier hotel, I didn't have any particular concerns. One minor downside is the lack of a refrigerator in the room, so if you buy ice cream or fresh produce, you'll need to consume it immediately. Honestly, in Tokyo, the fact that this place offers accommodation that isn't a capsule hotel at this price point is a huge advantage in itself.

Well, you get what you paid you pay cheap price in Tokyo and you cannot expect that much. By the way staff is really helpful since this place don’t have elevator, and if you have a really big luggage, the stock will carry up the stairs to you and the stair itself, even I didn’t bring anything is still hard to go up and down by the way to be honest I think it’s the love hotel before but if you are, don’t think anything much then you can stay

Very convenient location with easy transportation and food nearby. Very compact space but it is what you pay anyway. Very friendly staff. Only problem is there is some smell above normal level in the bathroom and the bathroom is inches away from the bed.

The front desk staff were very polite, and since I was on the first floor, they helped me carry my luggage to the room. However, I had to carry it down myself when checking out. The room was a bit small and the soundproofing wasn't great. It's very close to Nippori Station.

The surrounding shopping area is very convenient.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The manager at the front desk was a young man who was very polite. He helped me carry my luggage upstairs. Overall, it was very good. I think if it weren't for the strong odor in the bathroom, I would give it a perfect score. Also, it's incredibly close to the subway station, almost a two-minute walk. The soundproofing in this hotel seems a bit poor. However, I didn't hear any loud noises, perhaps because my neighbors were quite polite. Finally, the room is tiny; if you are tall, the bed might be a bit small. I could see that the toilet was old with paint peeling off, but it was quite clean. I stayed here for two days and was very satisfied. (Don't open the toilet door, as it smells terrible inside.)

The location is very close to station and supermarket. The service is nice. It’s a high cost-performance ratio hotel. I suggest it if you don’t care about the small space and normal facilities. Overall is very good!
