Hotel was pretty dark. Prefer to have it brighter. Nearby hotel didnt have much food options. Ok rooms and service.

Very good location with many eateries nearby. Nice and new, and hip decor. Only thing is the lighting in the room - I can understand the ambiance intended, and other parts of the room is fine since you can don't draw the curtains for natural light, but I cannot imagine how people who needs to put on make up can do it in the toilet, haha... But overall an excellent hotel. Did not eat at the hotel hence no comments about food.

Location is good. Near to mrt station. There are 24 hours convenient stores and pharmacy store nearby. Walking distance to ginza with lots eateries around.

Location is great close to restaurants and stations. The only thing is room is quite small for family travellers. We keep our luggage at front desk because our room is not able to hold that many. I think it suits business travellers more. Decoration is beautiful.

The hotel is near Chiyoda City which is a nice park. Shimbashi station is a 5min walk away. Rooms are clean but a bit small (normal for Tokyo). Service is good. Breakfast is good.
They don't have a concierge despite trip.com saying they do. Not sure if that is a mistake on their part or on trip.com.
The place has a gym which is open 24/7. I didn't use it but it was good to have the option.
There is also a smoking room and a bar.
Overall, a 5/5 stay for a 3 star hotel.
