The room perfectly matched the description, and the amenities were comprehensive. It included a washing machine with a dryer, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a rice cooker, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The family room can accommodate up to 5 people, which was perfect for our family trip. Every Friday evening, the hotel hosts a 'happy hour' where you can get free drinks in the lobby. Check-in was convenient and quick, with self-service machines available in the lobby. Check-out was just as easy using the tablets in the lobby, though staff were also on hand to assist. The hotel entrance locks after 8 PM, which staff explained during check-in, providing the necessary access code. There are several subway stations nearby, making it easy to get to various attractions. From Narita Airport, you can take the Access Express (check schedules carefully) for a direct route to a subway station near the hotel. Similarly, for Haneda Airport, the Asakusa Line offers a direct connection. The hotel is surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. Asakusa Temple is just over a 10-minute walk away. Be sure to note the garbage sorting instructions; the trash cans are located to the right upon entering the doorway opposite the elevators on the ground floor. You can sort your waste and pick up new trash bags there. All hotel information is placed on the dining table in the room. For detailed instructions on how to use the room's appliances, water heater, and washing machine, simply scan the QR codes provided in the hotel's instruction manual. For Tokyo, the room size is quite spacious. Overall, the stay was excellent and highly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay in Tokyo! Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa is within walking distance, and there are also several metro stations nearby. It's very convenient to get to from the airport, with a direct metro line that requires no transfers. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washer/dryer, laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances. There's also a capsule coffee machine on the first floor where you can make excellent coffee. Everything was clean, modern, and well-thought-out down to the smallest detail. This is an excellent option for both short and long stays. We would gladly stay here again.

This was our first time in Tokyo, and it was perfectly fine for our family of three. The room was exceptionally clean, and having a microwave, oven, and washing machine was a huge plus. It's super close to the subway station, just a two or three-minute walk. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo!

This was an excellent stay! The apartment's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and there's a convenience store nearby. The self-check-in instructions were very clear, and the room was spotless and surprisingly spacious. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Everything was great. We booked a room for 5 people. The three kids slept on futons. The location is superb, right next to the Asakusa subway line (convenient for the airport, Yokohama, and Kamakura) and the Oedo loop line. A convenience store is nearby. It's a very quiet neighborhood. Coffee is available at reception in the morning. Spotlessly clean, just like everywhere else in Japan.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The kitchen facilities and washer cum dryer machine is superb makes my holiday hassle free . Lots of convenient shop around. Direct train to go Tsukiji outer market , Ginza , Shinjuku and more . Highly recommended and sure will come back again .

Excellent experience. Just like the pictures, it's clean and new. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities. No need to worry, everything is safe to use. You can cook whatever you like every evening. Super convenient!

Close to Asakusa Station, it was great for sightseeing spots like Senso-ji Temple and the Skytree. I particularly want to commend the customer service and friendliness of the staff member who assisted me. I don't remember their name, but the pleasant service they provided was one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Japan, and I wanted to express my gratitude this way.

Very comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary appliances. The washer and dryer worked great. The only issue was the water heater – the showerhead barely put out any water, and it was completely cold, never getting warm. But there's a workaround! 😂 The bathtub water temperature was perfect, so just avoid the shower. Fill the tub and use a bucket to wash up. It's a bit of a hassle, but it solves the cold shower problem. We also caught happy hour on Friday, and the plum wine was quite good.

Nice apartment hotel, very clean with washing machine and mini kitchen

Facilities: This is a new apartment-hotel, and the room layout is excellent, except for a slight inconvenience with luggage storage. Cleanliness: Housekeeping isn't provided during extended stays, but the washing machine and dryer for towels are fantastic. The dryer is much better than those paid services at other hotels; clothes come out perfectly dry. Environment: No complaints, other than being just a tiny bit further from the main subway station. Service: There's a Chinese-speaking front desk, and they explain everything in great detail. On Fridays, the front desk offers unlimited complimentary drinks, including alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and water. The coffee machine and tea are available 24/7. There's a direct drinking water tap in the room. They even gave us champagne for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise! The slippers are also very comfortable. We bought Wagyu beef from the supermarket and cooked it ourselves, which was cheap and convenient. Both the shower and bathtub are very comfortable. The washing machine's dryer function is truly excellent; I managed to wash all my clothes from my winter break trip, from the UK to Qatar and then to Japan! 😂

Perfect for families. The room is spacious, well-proportioned, and thoughtfully laid out. It also comes equipped with a washer-dryer. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is great, and the Kuramae area is charming.
