My room 608 andvstay 3 nighs from 5-8/09/2026. I don't know where the bad smell came from? Every time when I opened the room after came back from the long day trip, I can smell the bad smell maybe from the pipe drain. Please check it. Overall was very satisfied, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay at Hop Inn Asakusa! The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Asakusa and visit nearby attractions. The area has plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring Tokyo. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. What I loved most was the location—you’re close to Senso-ji Temple, Kaminarimon, and Tokyo Skytree, while still being in a quieter area where you can rest comfortably. Overall, Hop Inn Asakusa is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel in Tokyo. Overall, the hotel room is so small that you cannot even open your luggage, and the bathroom is super tiny where you can barely move around. It strictly suitable for one person rather than two. However, the price is acceptable and the location is great.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for getting around, being very close to the subway station. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, the room was clean, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It made for a stress-free and effortless stay, offering great value for money.

I love jop inn due to its location, amenities and staff. Even if they dont clean the room everyday, its omay coz we're not messy people. As long as the towels are changed everyday coz they get wet. I super love the location coz it so near Sensoji Temple where we had the debut photoshoot of my daughter 😉

The hotel is very close to Senso-ji Temple. As expected for most business hotels, the room was small. It looked clean to the naked eye, but some small details were missed during cleaning.

The room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Amenities were readily available, and there was complimentary tea and coffee. Best of all, it's close to Senso-ji Temple, and you can even see the beautiful temple view from the room. If you wake up early, you can hear the temple bells. Getting around is convenient, though it's a bit of a walk from Asakusa Station. The hotel was easy to find.

This hotel was a wolf in sheep’s clothing — expensive on paper, but disappointing in reality. For a place that costs an arm and a leg, the experience barely scratched the surface of what you would expect from Japanese hospitality. The staff, especially at the front desk, were far from rolling out the red carpet and often left a bad taste in my mouth. Pros: A stone’s throw from Sensoji Temple and surrounded by great local food spots. Cons: - Front desk staff were cold and unwelcoming. - About a 10-minute walk from the Asakusa Line station. - Complimentary water was a one-hit wonder — only available on the first day. - Housekeeping was few and far between, only once every four days. - Laundry facilities were below par: only two washing machines, and the dryers left clothes damp and covered in lint. Overall, the hotel charged top dollar but offered little bang for your buck. Summary: All in all, this hotel did not live up to expectations. While the location is its saving grace, the poor service, lack of maintenance, and overpriced rates made the stay feel more like a rip-off than a relaxing experience.

The room was kind of small but typical in Tokyo. it was super clean! The staffs are very accommodating and helpful as well.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The security are good, at night you will need the card to access to the hotel. The environment are clean. Will go back again

Location is good and it is so close to the Sensoji Temple! Metro access to other part of Tokyo is easy too!

I absolutely have to review this hotel; it's the worst I've ever stayed in. The windows were completely blocked, so I couldn't see outside at all, and the room was tiny – an absolute nightmare. I paid over 5000 for three nights, assuming I wouldn't get a room with no view, but it turns out most of their rooms are like this. I wouldn't stay in a room like this even if it were free, let alone at such a high price. It's ridiculous; this can't even be called a hotel. Staying there completely ruined my vacation mood! I contacted Trip.com that very night, and I was honestly ready to stop booking hotels with them altogether. However, their customer service handled my complaint actively and apologetically, agreeing that such rooms should be clearly noted to avoid misleading customers. For the last night, customer service helped me arrange to pay the difference and switch to a room with a view! Overall, this was an exceptionally bad stay.
