Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Ginza. It's surrounded by shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to the subway, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, sightseeing, and shopping. The room was clean and fresh, with a simple yet elegant design and new, well-maintained facilities. For a Tokyo city center hotel, the room size was quite decent, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I especially appreciated the public bath within the hotel. After a long day of exploring, a relaxing soak in the evening instantly washed away all the travel fatigue – a definite bonus to the experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, making for a truly comfortable stay. Whether you're on a short trip or a business visit, this place is an excellent choice; the location, environment, and service are all impeccable.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 6-minute walk to the subway station. The surrounding area is lovely, perfect for shopping, and offers a wide variety of restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Although the room is small, it can easily accommodate three 26-inch suitcases. There's a washing machine on the same floor, and you can even check the laundry's status on your room's TV, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended! 👍

Located between Ginza and Tsukiji, this area is home to many high-end brands and offers a wide variety of dining options. It's also very convenient for airport access, with both subway and bus services available.

Small but cozy room. Amenities should be attractive. Rooms view is not good but location great.

It’s a fairly new hotel and very close to Ginza Station, which made getting around Tokyo very convenient. The room was a little small, but considering it’s Tokyo, the size was reasonable. The mattress was super comfortable, and the bedding was very nice as well. The window was small and there wasn’t much of a view, but since we were out all day and only came back to sleep, it didn’t bother us. The room also lacked storage space, so we had to keep most of our belongings in our luggage. Aside from that, we loved the location, and there were tons of great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. Another great feature was the washing machines, which were available on most even-numbered floors. It was very convenient, and each machine had a password lock, so even after the wash and dry cycle finished, no one could open it or take your clothes.

I am very pleased to stay in this hotel chain as their services are just right.

Brand new hotel that opened in 2024, great location and walking distance to Ginza, rooms are very artsy and different floors have different colours. Quiet and peaceful, rooms are large enough for solo travellers

Traveling solo, this is my second time staying at a hotel in the Ginza area. The hotel is a little walk from Higashi-Ginza Station (about 200m), but it's totally manageable. The facilities and environment are top-notch, exactly what you'd expect from a hotel that opened just two years ago. Just a heads-up, though, you can't open the windows on any floor. The front desk staff are fluent in English and communication was a breeze.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the subway. It's very clean, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Downstairs, there's a free public bath, which is a nice bonus. The room itself is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel; we had no problem opening two 28-inch suitcases at the same time. On the second floor, they sell coffee and snacks and provide a microwave for guests. Overall, we were very satisfied. It's also conveniently close to Ginza Six and the huge 12-story Uniqlo in Ginza for shopping.

My 4th time stay, best location ever in Ginza. Convenience and valuable.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel with my daughter. We stayed here for ten days and received wonderful hospitality. Our room was perfect for us and was stocked with pjs, slippers, waters, tea, toothbrush and other items that were nice to have. We loved using the Onsen and it even had shower heads from Refa which were wonderful. I asked about tattoos and they said no problem! The TV tells you if the bath is occupied, although I don’t think this is actually accurate. However, it was usually quiet and we were mostly in there alone. The hotel has a really nice sitting area on the second floor by reception which we used on our last day to hang out before catching the limousine bus back to NRT airport…it also has a luggage scale which was essential with all the shopping! The limousine bus has a stop right across the street at the Marriott making it a convenient location to get to and from the airport. It was a short walk to many konbinis, shopping, and restaurants. I always felt safe walking around the area with my daughter, even at night. It was also convenient to take public transit as it’s only a short walk to various metro stations. Overall my daughter and I both loved our stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone heading to Tokyo!

The room was quite spacious compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms, and since the hotel seemed newly renovated, everything felt very clean and modern. One small downside was that there wasn’t a small table in the room where we could comfortably eat snacks or relax. There was a small corner table, which worked for doing makeup, but the layout wasn’t really convenient for eating. The bedding and bathroom were both very nice, and the public bath was also modern and clean. However, the bath water was a bit too shallow, which was slightly disappointing. Most of the front desk staff were friendly overall, but one male staff member at reception was quite unpleasant. He had a very expressionless attitude and spoke in a way that felt unnecessarily rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay, but the service experience at the front desk could be improved.

This hotel in Tokyo's Ginza district boasts an excellent location and great value for money. It's close to the bustling Ginza shopping area yet offers a peaceful escape. The rooms are quite spacious; you can easily open a 30-inch suitcase with plenty of room to spare. The overall environment is also very pleasant. However, the room rates vary daily, so I recommend looking for a suitable check-in time.
