Staff went above and beyond, everyone was so helpful, caring, spoke perfect English and was always smiling! Room was enough for a good night sleep and luggage, big beautiful window, thank you so much! Plenty of showers and washrooms on the floor, very convenient. The restaurant downstairs was great, breakfast was so delicious! The patio on the 7th floor is so nice to chill! Loved this hotel so much!

A very friendly place to stay with the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Lost something in room and they kindly replace it with not lots of questions. Had our last dinner last night with at their restaurant and the food is so good. Would come back again

I was very unsure about which area to stay in Tokyo, but I’m so glad I chose this hotel! The location was great, with only a short walk to the station, a 7-Eleven very close by, and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern, clean and really nice. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the complimentary drinks every day between 5–6pm, and it was such a lovely touch to receive a free birthday drink during my stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the cleaners were fantastic — they were there every day and did a great job. Overall, I had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a good location in Tokyo! 🇯🇵✨

Nice hotel near the city center. The hotel room is small but is normal in tokyo and they had capsule rooms. Nice food nearby

I honestly think this is the best hostel I've ever stayed in, hands down. The price is great. What really stands out is how wonderful and attentive all the staff are. On my check-in day, August 20th, the front desk staff, a woman with blonde hair, was incredibly friendly and fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English. All the front desk staff were super kind. They provide toothpaste, sunscreen, earplugs, and more – they've really thought of everything. The room had no strange odors, and my roommates were very quiet. The shower area was good, and the toilets were also odor-free. The location is perfect, right between Ebisu and Shibuya, making it convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommend! Plus, you can store your luggage there!

Had a great solo stay. The front desk lady was very polite and patient during check-in, and she even spoke a few words of Chinese. This hotel offers complimentary drinks during specific hours, and they were all delicious! When I was leaving, I found an AirPods Pro in the bathroom and handed it over to the front desk. Hope the owner gets it back.

Never miss the breakfast meals at its café if you stay here. They are really fabulous and delicious; worth its price. Stay is comfy and good experience trying out dormitory stay. The only drawback is its distance from the nearest metro station. It is more than 5 mins walk from either directions

Location was good, about 10 minute walk south of Shibuya Station in a quiet and nice area. Ebisu and Daikanyama also nearby. Dormitory room was somewhat crowded. However hotel itself was very nice and on 7th floor is a lounge with pool table and terrace. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The food was so healthy, clean, and yummy. Cleaning needs improvement. I also love their shampoo and conditioner. They have free-flowing herbal drinks and coffee.

This is a nicer hostel with plenty of amenities. I really enjoyed my stay. The free beer between 5-6 pm was very convenient.
