Nestay inn Tokyo Tsukiji

There were three of us, and it was great! We had a double bed and a single bed, a separate bathroom with a sink and toilet, a table, and a TV. Plus, they provided an electric kettle and water, which was a nice touch. It's about a 15-minute walk from the nearest station, but it wasn't a problem at all. Just a heads up, there are no pajamas provided! Also, be aware that you need to complete some procedures beforehand, or you won't be able to check in.

No elevator, and the stairs are quite narrow, so it's not suitable if you have large luggage. There's a washing machine, but no dryer. There was a lot of trash under the bed... doesn't really live up to the price.

Travelers with large luggage should be aware that there's no elevator, so carrying bags might be a bit of a hassle. The room comes with a Dyson hairdryer and vacuum cleaner, and the fridge has a freezer compartment. Plenty of pots and pans are provided, making simple cooking easy. The guesthouse is not far from the subway station, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby.

It's inconvenient to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

This isn't a hotel, it's more like a guesthouse. 1. No matter how many days you stay, there's no cleaning, no drinking water, and they don't even change or provide disposable toothbrushes or towels. The trash isn't collected either. 2. The stairs are extremely narrow, there's no elevator, and going up and down is incredibly difficult. Please remember, extremely difficult. If you're staying on the 5th floor with two 28-inch suitcases, imagine how you're going to carry your luggage up a narrow, winding staircase in Japan where only one person can pass at a time. 3. Check-in time is 4 PM, not 3 PM. 4. There's no air conditioning in the bathroom or toilet. If you need to use the toilet at night, you have to get dressed before going in. 5. If a room costs 300 yen, these shortcomings are tolerable. But I booked it for over 900 yen a night, three months in advance, so is my review fair? I don't even want to take a single photo of this hotel and the room.

It was very clean and comfortable. The station and convenience store were nearby, which was very convenient. The staff were also very kind and helpful, which was great.

The room is small but well-equipped, with a bathtub, clean environment, and comfortable beds, making it a very pleasant stay. Self-service check-in is very convenient, and the hotel is in a good location with convenient dining nearby.
