Fairmont Tokyo

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The lobby on the 35th floor offers classic city views straight out of a Japanese drama, and the pool boasts a stunning view of Tokyo Tower. So, for the views alone, I'd give it a perfect 100 points! The cleanliness and service were also excellent. It's about a ten-minute walk from Daimon Station, but if you're taking a taxi, that's not an issue. To find restaurants, you'll need to walk a bit, but within about fifteen minutes, you'll reach the Daimon area with plenty of options. There's also a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, which is a big plus!

The night view is stunning, and the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The lobby's illustration design is fresh and unique, overlooking Tokyo Tower 🗼. There's a shopping street right downstairs, and it's conveniently located next to JR Hamamatsucho Station, making getting around super easy.

All the staff were very friendly and kind. The hotel's design, from the corridor leading to the lifts to the lobby, felt very high-end and luxurious. This time, our room faced the bay, and we even caught a fireworks display, though not from a high-floor room. The shower design in the room was absolutely fantastic, elevated further by the LE LABO ROSE 31 amenities. My only minor gripe was that the hotel carpet made it a bit difficult to move luggage around. Thank you all, I'll definitely be back next time!

Having stayed at numerous Fairmont hotels across North America, I can confidently say that the Tokyo location offers the best service quality. We had a wonderful time, and I'm very grateful. The hotel is very new, the views are stunning, and the rooftop bar is unforgettable 🌹

This hotel, having opened just a year ago, boasts excellent facilities and an unbeatable view. The staff service was exceptional. The semi-buffet breakfast, with one main course selection, was more than satisfying. I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo. This hotel was the most memorable part of my trip to Tokyo.

I saw many recommendations for this hotel on various social media platforms, and after staying for four nights, I can confirm that it lives up to all the hype. My experience was excellent. Let me start by addressing the hotel's only drawback: its location. It's not particularly close to public transport in the port area. However, I drove there, so as long as I was willing to pay the 3,500 JPY per night parking fee, it was actually very convenient. If you don't want to use their parking, there are also two closer outdoor parking lots nearby that cap at around 1,600 JPY per night, and they're only a three-minute walk away. First, their parking lot is a mechanical one, but it's very easy to operate. You just go down to their B1 level, and staff will guide you into a mechanical parking spot. Other than the high cost, there are no complaints. The rooms in this hotel are very spacious, and the view is excellent. As shown in my attached photos, it overlooks the ocean, possibly facing Odaiba (though I'm not entirely sure), but the scenery is fantastic. The facilities are brand new; basically, any amenity you'd expect in a luxury hotel, they have it. The only downside I found in the room was that the TV doesn't have an HDMI port, which meant my son and I couldn't connect our game console to the big screen. Additionally, I had dinner at their Driftwood Restaurant on the 43rd floor for three nights. The quality here is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Plus, the view is superb; you can look out at Tokyo Tower while enjoying the beautiful scenery, delicious food, and cocktails. I highly recommend everyone try this restaurant. Finally, I must commend their staff. Whether it was during check-in or check-out, they were all very professional, and everyone spoke excellent English. As for room cleaning, the cleanliness and turn-down service were also fantastic. Of course, the servers and manager at Driftwood Restaurant were also very friendly and attentive. Thank you to this hotel for giving us such an enjoyable four-night stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo, and it would be even better if it were more affordable.

The environment is beautiful and the pool is really nice! The decor is very thoughtful. The only slight downside was that we were told our luggage would be brought to our room upon check-in, but after waiting in the room for over 10 minutes, we still hadn't seen it, so we ended up going down to get it ourselves.

The hotel is very new with top-notch facilities, definitely a place for a 'check-in' experience. However, the service and overall experience lack the warmth you'd expect from an international five-star hotel. Breakfast, considering its positioning, was quite average. Overall, it's worth a try, and the views of Tokyo Bay are pretty nice too.

All the staff were friendly, the environment was very quiet and comfortable, the room was clean, and the amenities were complete. They even gave us a cute little plush toy. It's very quiet and well-equipped, perfect for a family trip.
