Both the rooms and common areas were very clean, and there was no waiting for the showers/toilets, making it very convenient to freshen up. We got back quite late and needed to extend our stay, but the front desk handled it quickly and efficiently. Much appreciated!

If you are looking for the place where you just sleep I recommend this hotel. But its very small. But worth for the price, near for everything.

Though the single room was tiny, the matress, pillow, sheets were all very clean and nice. The hotel is generally well maintained and clean. Being a girl, I was a bit worried about sharing rooms, especially the shower with other male guests but fortunately, I didnt have any uncomfortable situations. Maybe I was lucky but generally people were considerate and tried to be as quiet as possible in the rooms. The only downside was that I requested a room far away from the toilet but when I checked-in I was designated a room right beside one, so I had to request to change but other than that I had a pleasant stay. I am willing to visit again. Thank you! :)

Location: It's a convenient and less chaotic area, yet close to all the city centers like Tokyo and Shibuya. I've stayed in Ueno before and found it too busy. Hotel: It's less than a 5-minute walk from the station. There's a supermarket and the Arte shopping mall in the station itself. On the way to the hotel, there are Family Marts at both ends, which is super convenient. Plus, there are many fast-food restaurants nearby. Room: For a hostel in Tokyo, it's excellent. The Japanese standard of cleanliness is very high, and it has all the amenities. There were practically no issues at all.

Staffs are extremely rude. No drinking water provided. Dorms are extremely noisy with more than 20 paxs in 1 rooms .. Definitely not worth it... space is very small..do not stay

The location is fantastic for the price, being very close to the station, and the facilities are decent. There are also many great restaurants nearby. There was a slight smell in the room, but it wasn't too bothersome, and the basement shower rooms were satisfactory. I especially remember how powerful the hair dryer was. Being able to use the shared refrigerator was also a plus. Overall, it was much better than I expected, and I was very satisfied!

The location is superb. 3-minutes walk from Atre. Close to convenients stores, and other restaurants. The Hotel is clean, quiet and cozy. Complete with all the toiletries and mid you, generously. The staff are kind and Polite. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
