Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Marunouchi

Location was a plus for us, located in Sepia Tower, next door was Tokyo Station Nihombashi exit. Amenities given was superb, with rose salt bath, comb, body towel, shaver, cleansing kit etc. Room was big enough for 2 pax with 2 big luggage n 2 cabin luggage. Con: can improve on service at front desk. Passed my luggage slip to counter lady (forgot to take down her name as was in a rush), she took it and kept me waiting for 10 mins.. I asked her where are my luggage, she said she didn't know a thing. Her colleague asked for my luggage slip, I said I already passed to them. Ended up the counter lady who took my luggage slip stapled my slip to another box and forgot about it. She was unapologetic and pretended nothing happened whilst her colleague was trying her best to find my luggage. Ya, just walked away without saying sorry n causing me delay. Nonetheless , I will recommend this hotel to my friends due to prime location despite 1 bad encounter with front desk lady.

Great hotel, with helpful staff with good service at the heart of tokyo, near train station highly recommended

Perfect after just arriving in Tokyo from Narita on the Narita Express. Small but extremely comforting.

If you want to stay somewhere with excellent train connectivity, Tokyo Station is a good bet. That said, I’m personally not a huge fan of Tokyo Station, perhaps because I find the layout a little too complex and confusing. The room was quite small for the price, although that may just be the standard for Tokyo. The breakfast spread was also fairly basic. Overall, it’s a pretty standard hotel, but its biggest advantage is its strategic location and direct access to the train network.

The hotel is located above Tokyo station which makes traveling around easy.

Great location, it is super close to Tokyo Station and very easy to access. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms are smaller but understandable because the room rates are more affordable compared to other hotels around the station. The hotel also offers self laundry so it is definitely great convenient for travellers.
