Good location to go around, near to station and park. Clean and cozy room with good views and staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean and very friendly staff check in time 2 PM but you can leave the luggage at the lobby and then come back for chk in by yourself and get the room keycard near Metro 330 m.

Good, clean and comfortable

As we know hotel ini Tokyo mostly very compact. During checkin there have 1 receptionist a bit old around 50yold. His not very friendly. There is Machine Beside the receptionist. And actually its self checkin Machine. I think this person a bit stress and Impact our first perception. The lift they provide only can fit 2person and 2baggage at one time. I won't repeat to Stay here. Inside the Room not very clean, There have Dust Inside the Room. If u have sinus, please re considered to Stay here.

Excellent location and very clean bathroom. Staff very welcoming and very helpful for people with no Japanese language. Hard bed with just a small bit of cushion on top, was nicer than some.

The room was a bit small, and the hygiene wasn't up to Kyoto's standards. There was even some mold on the walls.

Very near to Ueno station, easy access to Asakusa, Akihabara and Narita airport! Basic room cleaning services, but did not replace used cups with new. Room is a bit small, a big luggage will obstruct the entire walkway between bed and wall!

The location was so good and convenient but the hygiene was fair

The room is very tiny as expected. Cannot fully open my luggage box. The curtain cannot fully block the sunlight. The wifi is not working.

Good location. Good view. Petit size with all necessities.  Can change the quilt, it’s a bit old

Stay at Rm 902, can clean the dirt on the wall, can select a better quality of bed sheet cover, location is ok
