Nice room, perfect for solo traveler, clean and tidy, microwave at first floor. Location is very nice, there are convenience stores nesrby and very close to kayabacho st.

The location of the hotel was excellent — very convenient and easy to access. However, I had some communication problems because most of the staff could not speak English. Although most of the employees were kind and helpful, I had an unpleasant experience on the evening of October 31. The three staff members working that night seemed to ignore me, and I felt uncomfortable, possibly because I was a foreigner. They didn’t answer my questions and even seemed to talk about me among themselves. Aside from those three, the rest of the staff were very friendly and made my stay enjoyable.

Pearl Hotel Kayabacho in Tokyo exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Being close to Kayabacho Station made it easy to get around, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo! 👍🏨💕"

Nice tourist hotel by walking distance to kayabacho metro station Safe area. The rooms are tiny, but then this seems to be a general issue in Japan!

Great location, very close to the subway and convenience stores. I recommend visiting the Yokokawa coffee shop for delicious coffee and breakfast for only 600 yen. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, but it feels a bit "vintage," with very old appliances and renovations (older then 30 years). We got a very cramped room, my husband and I had a hard time passing each other in the hallway

Location is perfect very close to Kayabacho station, serving Tozai Line and Hibiya Line. There are convenience stores dan restaurant nearby. Room is small but acceptable. The furniture and TV are outdated. Back of TV is a bit dusty. Bed sheets are clean but bed cover has some stains. Shower and toilet is new. Hot water is working. The amenities are complete. There are drink vending machines, ice machine, and laundry machine. Breakfast is perfect: Japanese breakfast, sausages, eggs, veggies, noodles, bread, and fruits. Overall, considering the budget, this hotel is perfect for me as business traveler.

A hotel located near several subway lines, offering convenient transportation. There are convenience stores nearby as well. It’s an eco-friendly hotel that provides complimentary drinking water if you choose to skip room cleaning. There’s also a cherry blossom tree near the hotel, where you can enjoy its beautiful scenery.

This hotel is on a good location it is very close to a metro! It was nice to have a reception with staff to have the interaction with as we’ve been getting used to online check in throughout Japan. The room was small but enough room to have luggage and move around. It seemed very traditional, The bathroom was lovely and had an actual bath and the shower head was nice and had amazing pressure! There are washing facilities here also on the second floor. Would recommend:)

OK hotel with a good breakfast buffet. My room was very dated and the fridge didn't work even after turning it on, it did however make a lot of noise, so after a day I gave up and switched it off. But the room window opens and the bathroom is clean. Breakfast is genuinely really nice and I can tell the buffet staff take pride in their work. There is always someone at reception, and they can store your luggage (it just sits out in the lobby so best if you can lock your suitcase, in saying that Japan is so safe that you could probably leave a wallet out there and no one would take it.) The location is convenient - 5min walk to Kayabacho station and it's just one line to popular areas like Shibuya or Meguro, lots of convenience stores and restaurants, the standing udon shop round the corner is great for a quick, cheap meal. If you walk east a bit the bridge is nice to cross, and I would recommend Peace Coffee Roasters (big, calm, free WiFi, good coffee) and Hontoni Oishi Coffee (specialty coffee, very local, the best pour-over I've ever had) for cafe lovers. Ideal for a short stay, and getting out and about.
