I think it was such a great hotel with everything you need. I would highly recommend it. Clean and great location in Shinjuku for you to explore around. I was a bit apprehensive to stay there as this was my first time in a capsule room but i was pleasantly surprised.

The price was acceptable, but the bed and pillows were too soft, making it hard to sleep. Also, it said to keep quiet after 11 PM, but there were still many people noisily opening and closing their luggage between 12 AM and 2-3 AM. They were very noisy and inconsiderate travelers. People would just dump their trash and luggage on the floor after taking things out. I suggest the front desk clearly explain the rules to each guest before check-in, as not everyone is considerate.

Good area, very close to the Shin Okubo station so transportation in Tokyo was very convenient from this hotel.

Best hostel , good administration, clean, best location specially for Pakistan,India , Bangladesh,Nepal etc people.

Love the location and convenience of this capsule hotel. A short 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku station with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Especially there is an underground tunnel of shops and restaurants when the weather is not ideal.

This hotel is so welcome with perfect location both transportation (Okubo station) and tourist spot. Moreover this is my first solo trip with this capsule hotel with make me so appreciate with my decision to choose this hotel. The staff were well trained and friendly. There system is strong and practical. Also the bed is sooo comfy even though I’m stay in the upper capsule. All the bath room and the another room (idk what it call) are so clean and private even when you shower you have to push the water button every 15 sec ,but totally worth it. Love this and it make me wanna come here again (honestly!!)

I’ve requested for the bottom bunk one month prior my stay. I feel a little bit disappoint caz I think the time might be enough to manage this but I understand. And even I stay at the top bunk, I dont understand why the the curtain can open up, I feel really scared when I open my eyes and found that my curtain fully opened. I’m pretty sure that I closed it after I got in my capsule, and I’m not tall, so no possibility that my feet can lift it up. The shower rooms were dirty.

as usual this is my way to go capsule hotel while staying in tokyo. The location is great including all the facilities and staff.

The location of hotel is convenient, just few steps to train station and restaurants, combini around. The bed dorm is clean and enough space for me.

Could be cleaner but the location is perfect.

Great experience. Warm welcome, great customer service. Great amenities and it was peaceful mostly whilst staying there. Have no complaints. As a solo traveller, I felt safe. Only thing to note is the shower needs to keep being pressed every 15 seconds but not too big of a deal for me.

Nice location, close to the train station and a lot of nearby shops to eat and shop

Near JR Shin Okubo station, you can walk to Shinjuku street to Restaurants or night entertainment.

There are some ********** ladies standing along the street when I was heading to check in at the midnight . Toilet and bathroom are not enough dry floor always . There was fire alarm and staircase was blocked by carton boxes while we all walking n excavating down to ground floor .
