Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

This was my second stay. This time, I was initially given a room facing the train tracks. Even at 11:30 PM, the JR line outside would be noisy every 30 seconds, and it started running before dawn, which meant I didn't sleep well. I then contacted Ctrip customer service, and they helped me switch rooms, which was much better. I also want to mention that the front desk staff during my first visit were excellent, but this time, I felt they were quite cold. I hope management can improve this, as the check-in experience is the first impression of the hotel.

Great location with tons of food options nearby. Also very close to Tokyo's largest sports store.

The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful! The hotel's location is super convenient with great transportation links. There are food streets all around, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It's also really easy to get around by subway.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. The airport shuttle is right across the street, and everything you need is just downstairs. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the unique bathroom with its minimalist and tidy design. It was a bit pricey, but my child loves Godzilla, so we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
