Location is great, next to Lawson and McDonald’s. Less than 10 mins walk to Shinjuku train and bus station. Also 10 mins walk to Takashimaya and Ichiran ramen. Food shopping, kombini and fast food all near you!

The location of this hotel is ideal if you want to stay around in Shinjuku.  Quiet enough away from the buzz but close to all amenities.   Rooms are large enough to house my family of 3 comfortably.  Have in house water filtration system to provide free drinking water to guests.

Repeated stay at the same hotel. Perfect location. Some facilities in the bathroom needs to be refurbished though. Thoughtful to provide filtered water for guests.

Facilities: Good Hygiene: Clean Environment: Nice Service: Average Overall, this is the largest hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo. Their bed was incredibly comfortable – I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow, never so quickly before!

Aside from its great location, this hotel was very mediocre. The room amenities were quite basic and worn. The mattress would shift significantly while sleeping, and the bedding material was of very poor quality. Every morning at 10 AM, staff would incessantly and aggressively ring the doorbell until the door was opened. Moreover, the room had a strange and unpleasant odor.
