This hotel offers incredible value for money. The subway station is right at the doorstep, and it's surrounded by many high-end brands. The lobby bar is also a popular spot for influencers, serving champagne and afternoon tea. The room was spacious enough and the cleanliness was excellent!

The hotel's location is excellent, and I'd recommend the environment too. I'll definitely book here again next time. It's right above the Ginza subway station, and you can walk to the main Ginza area in just 5 minutes, so transportation is super convenient. The room size is also decent.

Excellent location — just next to Shijo (四条) and beside the Kamo River (鸭川). I did my morning run along the river and easily completed a 10km round trip. Across the bridge is Gion, and on the opposite main road is Kyoto Takashimaya. All the shopping areas are within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is beautifully built on the site of a former primary school, which gives it a unique character. There are two cafés on Level 1 — one of them is the popular Blue Bottle Coffee. There are also two Western dining options on Level 1. Level 8 offers a lovely view and features the front desk, bar, and hotel restaurant, making it a great place to relax. Will definitely come back again!!

Still very satisfied, so happy! It's always this place for me. Sushi-Go-Round is right downstairs, which is a huge plus. All the facilities are comprehensive, and you can catch the airport shuttle or the subway right downstairs.

The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside, you have the Ginza subway station, and across the street, there's another subway entrance, providing access to about 5-7 subway lines. This makes getting anywhere incredibly convenient. The lobby staff were very welcoming and understood our needs perfectly. Plus, there are outdoor recreational facilities in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room itself was a bit on the small side; there was just enough space for one suitcase. However, I highly recommend the hotel breakfast – it was delicious, fresh, and tasty! I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!!

Good location, nearby many stations. Road across ginza shopping financial district. Only negative, There’s no lobby downstairs, getting on and off car is a bit hard. Clean room

Excellent location! Right in the Ginza district, with a subway station nearby. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and there are tons of great restaurants in the area.

Compared to the newly opened GATE HOTEL in Osaka, this Tokyo branch fell a bit short. The table felt a bit sticky, there was a faint food smell, and I could wipe grime off the edges of the sink. Aside from the slight cleanliness issues, it was generally a good stay.

It was my fifth visit and it is always on top of my hotel list in Tokyo. Convenience as it closes to a couple of food street as well as Ginza where we can do shopping too

Would have gave it all 5 except we have to ask for extra towel and toothbrush everyday while they know at check in our son was staying in the room with us.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and this time I stayed for four nights. It's consistently good. The location is excellent, right by Ginza subway station Exit C1, with Hibiya station also nearby. The airport bus stop for Ginza is also close. The hotel facilities are very new, and the bedding is superb – I slept soundly every night. You can hear the train passing by from the room, but the sound is gentle and acceptable even for someone like me who is sensitive to noise.
