Didn’t expect this place to be the worst hotel I’ve been in Japan. It’s very cramped, and washroom smells and not very clean. They’re very eco friendly hence lacks variety and quality in amenities. Couldn’t bare using their reusable slippers with paper insoles I had to buy my own from a store. Wouldn’t book this if there’s another option.

We liked the location as it was close to the train station and restaurants. The property was very clean. We would return.

Hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but still near enough (2 stops away from the main Shinjuku station). There are many convenience stores and eateries nearby. Hotel provides amenities eg toothbrush but you take what you need at the lobby. There’s a microwave, washing machines, some vending machines and a smoking room next to the reception. Room and toilet is small, tidy but quite barebones, and for the most part it’s kind of clean but I want to mention that it took me 3 days to notice some brown stains smeared on the bathroom wall (ahem). My room was cleaned once every 4 days, but at the very least clean towels and 2 bottles of drinking water were provided daily. Service from hotel staff was average (neither warm/forthcoming nor off-putting). Overall it was a pretty average and decent experience, and you get what you pay for.

Great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and had enough amenities for the stay. Close to a metro line and a nice shopping street.

I had a great stay here! The location was excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Tokyo. There were convenience stores and a pharmacy right next to the hotel, which was super convenient. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great choice for hassle-free stay in Tokyo!

As with hotels in Tokyo, this room was really small. You can’t open two sets of luggages comfortably. I don’t find the room to be as clean as other Japanese hotels, but you get what you pay for! it’s about 5-7min walk to the nearest subway station, so that’s convenient. There is also a 24/7 sukiya and 7-11 nearby should you need any food or items! Suitable for those looking for an affordable stay, and perhaps solo travelers!

great location with a drug store just next to it. many eateries around the area as well. it's also in a relatively quiet area so we could relax.
room size was also decent - enough to open 2 of our large suitcase luggages. amenities were also sufficient and self serviced. microwave, hot and cold drinking water dispenser, vending machines, and laundry machines were also available.
however the heater was a little strange - everytime we switched the settings, it would stop working and we had to inform the front desk to reset it. another troublesome thing was the use of paper cups, rather than reusable, washable cups. everytime we used up the cups we had to go to the lobby to get more.
otherwise, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend this place :)

Very basic but clean. Does not have any unique or special features, but if you are planning to spend most of the time seeing Tokyo, the bed is comfortable and the room was OK for one person. I could open a small suitcase on the floor and there was a desk. Based on season, the price was "high" but it was still in the range of standard 3-stars in Japan. Not sure I'll be back, but the proximity to Akebonobashi station and the quiet neighborhood vibe is nice while still being close to Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, etc. They can hold luggage if you arrive early or after you check out.

Good hotel in a typical Japanese shopping street and a 20 minutes walk to the centre of Shinjuku
