Hotel Monday Premium Toyosu Reviews

Genuinely very happy with the service and room we got for the price we paid very good value for money. While the train station is a bit of a walk there is a bus stop directly at the doorstep of the hotel which we used as our primary mode of transport. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and even had a service to lend mobile phone chargers. Will admit was slightly disappointed with having only 2 smallish pillows for a large king bed but upon requesting was surprised to find that they were happy to provide more pillows and towels if required so no complaints at all. Was traveling with kids and room service was nice to rearrange a toy on the floor :)

Stepping into this hotel was like a warm hug in winter. The lobby was so cozy and welcoming! The room had everything needed and was a good size. The location was very convenient to attractions to Toyosu via bus as there is a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Excellent location and great value for money, this is the best deal I've found in a hotel in Tokyo.

The rooms are clean, and there's a front desk staff member who speaks Chinese, providing excellent service. This is my 'nth' time staying here, and it's a hotel with great value for money. The only downside is that sometimes there are many tour groups, and the lobby can get quite crowded.

Had a comfortable stay. Very easy to access to Toyosu Fish Market.

Very convenience place for before or after flight from HND airport. 24 hours 7-11 and Aeon and drug store are nearby within minutes walking distance. Parking can be paid but need advance booking with the hotel.

There was no European ir Mediterranean style food selection at the buffet .it would be nice if there is some kind of a coffee packages.overall tge hotel is worth to stay in

Hotel is very nice and clean. Location is great. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can take airport bus from there at 1500 JPY. Seven Eleven is next door. Aeon is opposite of the hotel.

Amazing hotel. Been going back this year as I stayed last year!!!!! Over the bridge across the hotel there is a 24/7 supermarket that has everything you want to buy!!!! Public bath is available at this hotel

Great customer service. Me and kids came at 1am & they allowed kids to get nap in sofa at lobby . Even they allowed to use restaurant area to eat ( we bought food outside ) after checked out time . Very nice staffs
