The hotel is right next to an elevated highway, and noisy motorcycles and roaring trucks pass by sporadically at night, making it impossible to sleep due to the loud noise. The bedsheet was just laid on the bed and didn't tuck in at all; a slight turn and the entire sheet would get tangled with the duvet. In the middle of the night, I wanted to switch rooms, but there was no one at the front desk downstairs. My requests for early check-out on the platform were rejected twice, but I still checked into the next hotel a day early because I simply couldn't sleep here.

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 3-minute walk from Suitengumae Station, and it's easy to catch the airport bus. The room, though small, was very clean and all the facilities were new. My only minor complaint is that on the first day, the housekeeping staff didn't take out the trash from my table. The soundproofing near the door wasn't great; I could hear people making noise outside. However, the soundproofing by the window was excellent, and I couldn't hear any street noise. The front desk staff spoke very good English, which was a pleasant experience.

Very good location, about 5mins walk from TCAT and there's convenient stores and a 24 hrs super market nearby. Stayed in a single room, it's clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay in this hotel if I'm visiting Tokyo again.

This hotel is clean and offers good value. The room size is quite generous for Tokyo. The check-in staff were exceptionally nice and polite. The location is less convenient, as it's a bit far from the subway (about a 10-minute walk) and there are only one or two convenience stores nearby. Overall, it's a decent choice for a reasonable price

Great hotel, awesome location in a quiet neighborhood, 3 mins away from Tokyo CAT, it takes just 40 mins to get from Haneda airport to Tokyo CAT by the airport limousine bus and just 5 mins on foot from CAT to the hotel. Breakfast is fabulous. Walking area nearby the hotel is fantastic. Clean room, cozy bed, friendly personnel. Next time in Tokyo, will definitely stay at this hotel.
