In incredibly expensive Tokyo, securing a hotel in Ginza at this price point offered pretty good value for money. The facilities were a bit dated, and housekeeping was only provided once during my multi-night stay. The soundproofing wasn't great. On the plus side, there were plenty of convenience stores and dining options nearby.

Overall, everything was great, though I did struggle a bit to find the light switches. It's surprisingly spacious for a hotel in Tokyo. They even sell skincare essentials like toner and lotion at the front desk, and the prices are so good they're practically giving them away.

Our double room was surprisingly spacious. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from both Ginza and Higashi-Ginza stations, with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. While the facilities are a little dated, it wasn't an issue.

Good value for money, especially for Ginza, but I don't like the layout of the rooms. All the amenities seem to be designed as complicated as possible. For example, the lighting panel has many buttons and they're backlit in blue, but the blue light doesn't let you read the writing in the dark. So, what's the point. The lamp has a manual switch but you have to activate it first from the panel, so it's impossible to turn a light on when it's dark. This is just awkward and more stressful than it needs to be. Every other hotel in the world has a lamp that you can just manually turn on with a switch, without having to access some complicated master panel. The TV is similarly annoying, it does not fold out so you can't get to the HDMI ports to plug in your computer for movies, business stuff etc. It does fold DOWN vertically? What is the point of that? And the final point, the hair dryer is for some reason locked into the ethernet port dongle on the desk, so you can't take it off. I wanted to just toss it on the bed while I was working to free up some desk space (it's a pretty small desk) but no, it's chained down in place, I guess so people don't steal it. Overall I get a pretty hostile energy from the rooms at Daiei. Everything seems designed so you DON'T enjoy yourself in the room. Well, maybe they have their reasons, but I won't be back.

We stayed for 3days but the room was not cleaned but they provide those new towels and etc.!The hotel is located close to Tokyo railway station , shopping malls and food. In any case it is idle choice for travelers.

The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, making it comfortable to relax after a long day exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its perfect location — very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing around Ginza. However, I did notice that the walls in the room looked a bit dirty or worn out, which could use some maintenance or fresh paint. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced and well-located stay in Ginza, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Great place simple and organized

Room was a little small as I struggled to open my 30" luggage, hotel was also a little dated but clean enough. However, a lot of great food options are just within 1-5 mins walk of the hotel vicinity, and the metro entrance is 3 mins walk to go around. You will experience some steps up to the hotel, but the hotel staff is always there to help if you require assistance. Same thing when you need to go to your rooms, there will be steps to go down to reach the lift - something to note for people who hate steps/stairs.

Why wasn't there tea in the room? Plus, regional guests are very loud.

The location is great. The room is good for one person in terms of space. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

The location wasn’t very close to the metro. The room is extremely small for the price with very little lighting. The staff was not helpful when I tried to ask them about ordering a cab service.
