The room isn't tiny, and the location is super convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to Mitsukoshi, and there's a drugstore right across the street, as well as another one if you turn left then right. The Taisyo drugstore across the street, though small, is really well-stocked – highly recommended! The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is about a 2-minute walk from Jimmy Choo in Ginza; you can see it once you step out of the alley. The location is convenient. There's a Lawson and a Family Mart downstairs, so it's easy to grab something to eat if you get back late. The bathroom is quite spacious compared to other Japanese hotels of similar standing. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel is located near Ginza-Itchome, which is a great location for exploring the Ginza shopping district. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and the front desk is on the third floor. During peak hours, the elevators can be quite slow, leading to long waits.

I was quite satisfied with this hotel until the very last night! The breakfast was very rich, the bedding was comfortable, and the curtains provided good blackout. The location was also excellent, with a drugstore, convenience store, and subway station right downstairs. However, on my last night, I encountered a live cockroach! I informed the hotel staff that evening, and an engineer came up, flushed the cockroach away, and offered me a late check-out. I declined. What's more, the hotel manager didn't even apologize or show their face! In the end, it was Ctrip who had to intervene. It was quite frustrating!

This hotel *absolutely* won't let guests sleep! The hotel *insists* on room cleaning between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM. If you don't comply, they'll call your room repeatedly and staff will even come knocking on your door to hassle you! They simply won't let you get any rest! I work nights and need to sleep past midday. However, the staff here showed *no understanding* whatsoever! After decades of staying in hotels, this is the *first time* I've encountered such an issue! That 'Do Not Disturb' sign (pictured in Fig 3) is completely useless, as they *insist* on coming in to inspect the room themselves! If you cannot leave your room before noon for them to clean, *do not* choose this hotel! What's more, right from check-in, I found the hotel wasn't clean! There were numerous unidentified items on the floor – I would have done a better job cleaning it myself!

Having stayed at multiple LOHAS hotels across Japan, this one in the heart of Ginza truly stands out. Its proximity to Tokyo Station is a huge plus, and with a subway station right outside, getting around is incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is bustling with a wide variety of shops and businesses. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped; I particularly appreciate LOHAS's consistent bathroom design. The service is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and the laundry facilities are also quite good.

I first went the hotel to book they said no room I go out and book from trip.com they want refuse that’s why I did cancelled my booking the Indian man at the reception and one of the stuff are so rude and ****** they even ask me more 200 because on of my friend come talk to me at the hotel for 46 minutes I am unhappy with the staff

The room was a decent size and very comfortable, featuring large windows and excellent air conditioning. Its prime location is a major advantage, with shopping malls and a plethora of dining options right downstairs. Subway access is incredibly convenient, and Tokyo Station is just 985 meters away, a mere 10-minute walk. The hotel lobby is located on the third floor, and the front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating. They offer currency exchange, amenities for loan, and complimentary toiletries (including shaving kits for men), which was greatly appreciated. Laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor: 300 JPY for a wash cycle and 500 JPY for dry cleaning. The machines include a 1-minute self-cleaning cycle, and detergent is automatically dispensed. Despite its central and bustling location, the room was remarkably quiet. Housekeeping is provided every three days, but daily cleaning can be requested if preferred. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the cotton linens felt wonderfully soft against the skin. This was a major plus, far superior to the Shinsaibashi Bridge Hotel.

The comfort was exceptional, and for Tokyo, the value for money is truly unbeatable considering the room size, location, and price point. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and were helpful with the self-service check-in/out machines. While basic amenities are provided in the room, additional items can be picked up freely from the lobby. I accidentally left an item behind and contacted the hotel via email. They responded within a day but explained they could only ship domestically within Japan. Consequently, they handed my item over to the local police, and I'll need to collect it personally when I return.

The daily service was impeccable and highly attentive. Being on a high floor, it was wonderfully quiet, and a comprehensive range of toiletries and beauty products was provided. Transportation was exceptionally convenient, with a subway station right outside the entrance. The Ginza night view from the window was spectacular, ensuring a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel was decent. I've previously stayed at this chain in Osaka, and the cleanliness and facilities here were good. However, as I'm a late riser when traveling, I usually sleep until the afternoon. For privacy reasons, I didn't put the 'Please make up room' sign on my door, so naturally, no one came to clean it. In the evening, when I went to the front desk to ask for bath towels, the staff's attitude was just okay. To top it off, upon checkout, a female staff member at the front desk who spoke Chinese had an exceptionally poor attitude.

The location is extremely convenient. A small incident: When checking in at the machine, I requested two room cards. The Southeast Asian staff member said that for a single occupant, only one room card could be issued, and forcefully took one of my cards. It was only returned to me after I insisted. This behavior was very disrespectful to the guest.
