We stayed at Lotte Hotel Tokyo as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a strategic location, within walking distance to Kinshicho Station, making it very convenient to travel around Tokyo. It is surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of food options which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel was stunning, we could clearly see Tokyo Skytree, especially beautiful at night. It really added something special to our stay. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

It was a super great experience with Lotte city in Tokyo! Definitely I will come again if I have chance. If you choose premium room, you will get the hair straightening iron, some extra welcome gifts, coins to redeem juice, ice creams, and alcohols/drinks/desserts in lounge.

second time stayed here, perfect location with so many restaurants and shopping arcade around the area, nice view to sky tree both day & night. only problem is luggage store can only be free until 2pm after checkout at 11am, ¥1000 will be charged after 2pm which is to harsh and inconsiderate as many tourists departure flights are 6-7pm

Our first time in tokyo & hotel location is very good. Connected to one of the subway station & walking distance to other lines. Have a direct limo bus to disney area at a nearby bus stop. Can see tokyo skytree from lift lobby. Quite a few malls good for shopping and have many food eateries nearby.
