The location is absolutely great, but the room is two small for two persons as there is no space or other in possibilty to store luggage

位置好好 一分鐘內有餐廳 幾分鐘內到車站
10分鐘內已到新宿
但環境較細 打開行李有困難 上下鋪不太方便
無位置好好坐係到休息 係床上又只能訓係到

The very very tiny room and bathroom with sub-par bed, mattress etc. The economy rooms are in the basement right next to washer and dryer so it's nosy. bathtub is so tiny have to be very careful to not bump into the wall when shower. Bed frame is maybe IKEA-grade or worse so squeaking sound on any movements. It was a bad experience for 5 nights that ruined our trip in Tokyo.
