The staff were very helpful. They offer laundry service (for a fee) and will even fold your clothes and leave them on your bunk. The hotel is also conveniently located near Gaienmae Station on the Ginza Line.

If you are single and wanna enjoy connecting with other *** friends this is the place for you. The host was amazing and took care of me and others. :) The Thai restaurant downstairs also has delicious food for a cheap price :)

The staff is nice. It is good to have a locker and you do not need to worry when you go out. The bed is comfortable while you don have a curtain which lack of privacy. The bathroom is good but most of the roommate will sleep at night and it is quite noisy if someone take bath at the midnight.

Bad staff :( Lied about not letting the air conditioner cool. in spite of the fact that others were from Europe and Japan. It's probably not cold. Then come tell the opening story.
