Super Hotel Premier Akihabara Reviews

The room isn't huge, but it's very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. The surrounding area is quiet, and it's quite close to Akihabara Station. There's only one elevator in the hotel, but since there aren't many guest rooms, one elevator is generally sufficient. They offer self-service laundry and a laundry service, which is a big plus.

Location was close enough to Akihabara JR station and Yodobashi, just behind the river so it was a calmer area than the main street of Akihabara. With onsen and welcome drink every evening, the whole stay is truly value for money. Amenities are perfect, esp got pajamas and pillows, as well as laundromats.

This isn't my first time booking here! The location is fantastic, making it incredibly easy to get around. The surrounding amenities are excellent and super convenient! The hotel's hot spring is very comfortable, though a bit on the small side.

Good location, great views from the hotel room, and facilities/amenities were great! Not forgot to mention the happy hour welcome drinks and also can choose your pillow for your own comfort.

Very cozy and clean hotel stay, near Akihabara JR station so it is very convenient to travel around. Even has an onsen on site and free drinks in the evenings.

This is a great hotel, very close to Akihabara subway station. The lobby is on the second floor where you can have breakfast and there are free drinks. All the staff are very polite and always greet you with a smile. The room is quite small; if you're traveling alone, a double bed room is fine, but if two of you choose a double bed, the moving space will be very limited. The room temperature was very low, and I woke up freezing the first night. Hopefully, that improves. The bathroom is a typical Japanese style.

It's quite a distance from the station and you have to carry your luggage up and down quite a bit. The breakfast could use some improvement, but everything else was great! Fantastic overall!

Facilities: All the essentials are there, and there's enough luggage space for a solo traveler. Cleanliness: Overall very clean, though the slippers weren't disposable, which was a minor inconvenience. Environment: There's an onsen (hot spring bath) which is really relaxing. The location is also great; it's very convenient to walk to Akihabara. It's a bit of a distance from the JR station, but very close to the subway! Service: Excellent. They offer Chinese-speaking service, and all sorts of amenities are available for self-service at the front desk. Being able to choose a pillow of the right height was also a nice touch. They even provide free bath salts, so bathing in the room feels like having a private hot spring back home, haha.

The onsen is good tho its tiny. The room is good for single traveller, otherwise the bed might be too small for 2. Location is perfect in between a few mtr and jr lin

This Akihabara hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to Electric Town, and within walking distance to the station. The rooms are clean and dry, with great facilities. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Tokyo.

The service throughout the day was excellent, from the front desk to every single staff member. However, there was some unpleasant content about **** on the notice board next to the elevator. While it was local promotional material, I'm very disappointed that my concerns weren't addressed after contacting them through the platform.

It wasn’t pleasant at furst maybe because of language barrier, but overall stay was good.

The room was tiny but incredibly clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair there! 😂 It was a godsend after a long day of sightseeing, providing a much-needed massage. The staff were very responsible and professional. Since I only stayed one night, I didn't get to explore other amenities. Following the navigation, I exited at the nearest subway station, and the hotel was directly across the road diagonally. Don't keep walking further away like I did; I went all the way around before I finally found the main entrance.
