This is a Japanese chain business hotel. The location is great, right in Kabukicho, surrounded by tons of restaurants, bars, and clubs. It's also not too far from Shinjuku Station. The room size is definitely small, but it comes equipped with a microwave, air purifier, and other amenities. The view from the window is pretty good; you can see buildings like the NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building and the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower. Both check-in and check-out are self-service via machine. What I was not happy about was that someone knocked on my door around 11 PM saying 'Room service,' but through the peephole, they didn't look like hotel staff at all! Plus, who gets room service in the middle of the night? And I had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door!

The staff is very helpful and we store our luggage after check out to have continue walking in shinjukku, and we lost our necklace from the previous hotel and the hotel sent to this hotel and the hotel staff is kind and help to received the parcel, but the place is in the midst of bar and club, to enter the building no access card scan needed and even to press the floor level, only enter ur hotel room the card is needed this is something that concerned us especially we are in this area, the bathroom is also not probably clean with dust on the sink and bathtub when we enter, room is small but acceptable, one thing happened to us is there is people staying our opposite room drunk and collapsed during midnight time and even bomba and the hotel staff came to assist and that whole night i couldnt even sleep, bad experience

I was assigned a room on the 12th floor with a view of Tokyo Tower. There's a convenience store right below the hotel, and the hotel itself is located behind the 'Godzilla Hotel'.

The first night was very comfortable. We decided to extend our stay in shinjuku due to unforeseen circumstances, so we remained in this hotel. It was very clean, had everything we needed. Enjoyable stay. Watched a kabukicho just 8 minutes walk away. Traditional dance with English narration, very immersive.

like many japan hotels. Place smells but has a air freshener spray bottle in room. Use it ! Building smells too. Although I selected to be away from an elevator, I was placed beside one. Very noisy all the time especially late night when traffic to and from elevator. Can hear persons across my room talking loud since they arrived back late night for a few or couple hours. Design of bathroom is horrible. You'll be opening the shower curtain just to grab shower products from the sink area as you cannot place anything on tub edge. Staff were rude switching to Japanese from English when checking in. Oddly light switches did not work at first when arrived but no further issues.

Arrived and room was covered in a thick layer of dust with a horrible smell coming from the bathroom and the bed was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend booking this hotel.

The hotel's location is quite good, but the room facilities are just so-so. The room is not large and the hygiene is passable. However, the breakfast is really a letdown. The so-called breakfast is just a bento, which is even worse than the bento fast food at the 7-11 downstairs. The service of the front desk staff is average. I would like to remind everyone to be cautious when considering hotels recommended by Trip.
