The hotel was very comfortable and had everything one could need. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. The room was quite spacious, and although the bathroom wasn't large, it was cleverly designed – small but perfectly formed, with excellent functionality, even including a small bathtub. It was clean and hygienic. Overall, I was very satisfied. The closest subway station is Shinjuku-sanchome, less than a ten-minute walk away. The closest JR station is Shinjuku, also about ten minutes, and you can walk through Kabukicho, which is super convenient!

Traveling solo, and the service was absolutely top-notch, super excellent! The overall cleanliness was also very good. My only minor complaint is that the facilities and equipment haven't been updated in a very, very long time. However, considering the low price I booked, it was incredibly good value for money. Plus, it's really convenient for getting around Tokyo.

A few covenience stores available in the area, but street can be a little rowdy later in the night as Shinjuku is commonly hangout place for night activities Service: Staff mostly able to speak/understand English. Love the room, suprisingly it’s quite big. Can open 2 luggages. One big and one small. Amenities are provided unlimited. Iron board has to be requested. The location is very convenient. 7 eleven is just beside the hotel, opposite there is a family mart. Halal food is also beside the hotel. Left and right. Really recommended for the Muslim travellers.

It's alright, pretty standard. The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There's a convenience store right downstairs and a drug store nearby too. I'd recommend it for solo travelers since it's close to Shinjuku and has good transportation.

Courteous staff. Value for money and close to shopping area, restaurants and convenient stores.

The room wasn't very big and felt a bit dated, but it was very clean and had enough space. All the facilities were complete, and the service was good. I was quite satisfied!

The hotel location is convenient, it is just five minutes away from Shinjuku;s Golden Gai, and ten minutes from Higashi Shinjuku station or Shijuku Sanchome station. The hotel is old and simple, but the staff was efficient and the rooms have windows the one can open. The location is a bit loud at night due to the many tourist downstairs at night.

Perhaps due to its long history of running business in the area, the hotel’s facilities are quite simple and basic, nothing stands out. The location is at the core of Shinjuku, the price is fair and affordable compared with other hotels in the area.

Great location, excellent front desk service, and for Japan, the room was quite spacious for one person.

On a business trip. The surrounding environment is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around.
