Overpriced and the room was tiny, which is exactly how it was advertised. There were no mugs in the room. The quality of the front desk staff was inconsistent, and the price paid for the stay didn't match the quality of the experience.

the best part is it is in Shinjuku but the problem is you have to walk 10-12 minutes to any station. fairly clean room but way too small, not even enough space to place 1 large luggage. street noise is a problem. really friendly staff though. enjoyed the breakfast. gym was small but decent. might not choose this hotel again.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of choices, and everything tasted great. We stayed for three days, so we got to try various breakfast sets, which was definitely a plus. Now, for the main issue: sound insulation. Our three rooms faced different directions, and at first, we all thought we'd left the windows open. We searched around, but there were no open windows – it seems the hotel's glass offers almost no soundproofing. I really can't understand why, perhaps it's a structural design flaw. The street noise, with all the traffic, was crystal clear. At night, there were many cars revving their engines loudly. For anyone who wants to sleep in and is sensitive to noise, this place would be a nightmare. If you plan to stay here, remember to bring earplugs!
