Standard small room in Japan but still manageable to open up one big and one medium size suitcases. Perfect location for those who loves vintage clothing like me. Self-served coffee/ tea and coin laundry on the 4/F. Delicious daily breakfast at the Denny’s restaurant on the 2/F and many local restaurants nearby. There’s a machine to weigh your suitcase at the front desk. Talking about amenities, the bristles of the toothbrush are too hard, causing the gums to bleed and feel painful.

Nicely located above JR station, with room size bigger than expected, as compared to popular chain hotel. Overall good experience from our stay.

The location is super convenient, and the check-in process was seamless. The only minor drawback is that breakfast is served at Danny's on the second floor, and the selection isn't very extensive. It's a very typical business-style hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located above the Koenji Station, just several minutes from Shinjuku by train. The room rate for each night is reasonably cheaper when compared with those in Shinjuku. The restaurant for breakfast is on the second floor with a good choice of set menu including western and Japanese style. It's not a buffet, yet it's still tasty and adequate for us! The receptionist has helped us enthusiastically to extend our stay for two more days and satisfied all our requests. All kinds of restaurants and convenient shops can be found within a few minutes' walk. We highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best budget hotel I have ever experienced in Tokyo. Location is superb, room size is much bigger than the hotel in Shinjuku. Take just a few minutes train to Shinjuku and enjoy to everywhere easily.

We love this neighborhood and this basic hotel is a great no-frills place to stay.

The room is cozy, clean and neat. The size is bigger than what normal hotel room can offer in Japan. It got the amenities you need and the location is the best for value. I will definitely come back and stay.

The room is clean and relatively spacious given this price range, with a comfortable bed and shower ! You have all you need in room. You can also enjoy free coffee as well. Just 15 sec away from Koenji station and few stops to Shinjuku. Many restaurants and small shops nearby, love this place. I stayed there for 4 nights, staff are friendly. Very nice stay.

Very good location. Just at the Koenji station exit.
